“+” this is a nice man at the reception who tried to help and spoke good Russian. "-"enough! There is no (elementary) kettle in the Room! We arrived in the evening, we didn't have the energy to go anywhere. Water costs 1.5€(0.5). We overcame ourselves and reached the store (not far from the Russian store + a large super market). We contacted the reception at the hotel (to take the dishes) and were refused!!! They didn't even give me a mug! But, the most terrible moment was the springs, it was unbearable to sleep. The sheet is full of holes. We stayed less than a day in this "hell" and moved out. The hotel is not 3 stars from the word at all.
