This was my first massage experience (except for hospital procedures). Everything was done perfectly.
The administrator greeted me very warmly, offered to visit the bathroom before the procedure. During the waiting period, he offered tea.
Before the massage, the master told everything in detail about the further procedure. I did the work at the highest level, I asked 4-5 times how I was feeling and if I felt comfortable.
At the end, they offered tea, for which I also thank you very much)))
I am very happy with the work of the masseur and the administrator)))
I will come back more than once and now I know exactly what to give my girlfriends for the holidays)))))

Greetings to all! I want to leave a huge thank you for the wonderful reception, starting from the very threshold, ending with the completion.
I was on a spa procedure- scrubbing, relaxing facial and body massage, body wrap, head massage.
Master Larisa did everything perfectly and professionally. There was sensitivity and attention to all the little things. I felt so good that I almost fell asleep from relaxation.
Subdued light, pleasant music, gentle fragrance and the hands of a wonderful master, what else is needed for the rest of the soul and body. The hustle and bustle of the big city just dissolved)
The rest ended with a wonderful tea and cookies.
I thank my sister for the invitation, for the comfort of the salon and the excellent master.

After the massage, they went out with their daughter and found an empty reception desk. The masseuse offered tea, the receptionist was in the store at the time. When she returned with her purchases from a nearby grocery store, she didn't bother to ask if we liked the procedure. The offer to visit the salon again was also not sounded, as well as a friendly goodbye. Amazing customer focus. This is what influenced the desire to give the salon higher marks, although there are no complaints about massage. Needless to say, the administrator is the face of the institution and it largely depends on him whether you want to go back there again. I'm definitely not.

I was at the Magic of Morocco ritual a couple of weeks ago (I hope I remembered correctly). I absolutely liked everything: the interior (not crazy, but cute, cozy, clean, with care for details), the staff (polite, hospitable, sincere, master Natalia (here again faith in the accuracy of her memory) is some kind of miracle, so much attention and accuracy), the program of the ritual itself. In general, well done! I went out in the middle of the week in the evening, it felt like I was reborn.
The initial expectations were much lower because of the site, which should have been changed long ago
And I took off the star reluctantly, but because of the big minus, it was a terribly inconvenient and inconvenient booking process. It's time to switch to the booking system, negotiations in Viber are terribly outdated and wildly inconvenient. If the salon corrects this flaw, there will be no price for them.

Warm, pleasant hands. A person has honey . education- I think it's a wonderful bonus that you can trust.
First, they scrubbed (quite carefully), not just smeared the scrub. Then a shower and the massage itself. It's nice that they asked very caring questions (is it cold, how do I feel, the water ....). the floor was changed, after a shower every time a new one. The wrap was done and the mask was applied to the face, cleansing the skin of the face. The music is pleasant, it is clear that the "people " are trying for customers.
One of the disadvantages is that they don't ask about allergies. (I always warn myself, but sometimes I can forget, but this is more my area of responsibility)I think they will take everything into account soon. They know how to work with customer reviews, they care. The fitback is really very important to them. It is clear that they want to grow and develop. I wish them good luck, I will visit them and recommend them to you.

I was at the all-inclusive spa complex
Before the start of the session, no one asked if there were any nuances with the body or individual wishes.
Scrubbing was like lightly applying a scrub, and with one hand. No massage movements. Some areas of the body were covered with scrub, but many were completely skipped.
Massage in general caused a lot of questions: just smearing oil on the body. When I asked to increase the pressure, it was said that this was a relaxation massage. Back massage was performed on one side as a side push. I asked to be walked around to the other side of the table and to change my movements. The shoulders and forearms were left without massage.
When she rolled over on her back, the girl asked, "Where's the abs?" Firstly, I am lying with a relaxed stomach and the abs should not be visible. And secondly, they don't talk to visitors like that.
I was not told what kind of oil they use, or what they will smear me with for wrapping. What if I'm allergic to something?
When I asked what kind of oil is used, they replied that it was cosmetic olive oil. And is this an aroma??
After wrapping, I was opened with the words: and now the caterpillar turns into a butterfly!
Seriously? Is it supposed to be nice???
I used a towel for the first time after a scrub shower. The crumpled towel was left lying on the table. I was offered it after wrapping.
The girl at the reception asked how it went. I've made all the comments. But in response I heard: Thanks for telling me.
No attempts to correct or make amends.

I had a manicure and left after half an hour..The first thing that should have confused me was the raw tools. All the scissors and nozzles for the manicure machine were in a box, although usually the masters take them out of the bag after the sinew in front of the client. The nail file and brush were also reusable. During the procedure, the cuticle was cut five times (based on personal experience, an experienced craftsman can cut you at most once, and that's alarming). The cuticle itself is not cut off very smoothly, there are parts that are not cut off (you can see in the photo). After that, I refused to continue the procedure..
