A great, pleasant place!
Combo breakfasts are good, satisfying and not expensive.
The menu is varied to suit every taste.
We visited the family several times with pleasure, had a pleasant and delicious time.
It is worth paying attention to the receipts: the total amount includes a separate kitchen and a separate 10% service. For guests from Russia, the service count is perceived as a tip, so the waiters do not receive a pleasant bonus.

I really love the Sorriso cafe chain, most often I visit 15a Mashtots Street.
A large selection of dishes and everything is delicious!
Pizza is especially delicious here.
When I'm in the center, Sorriso always helps out!!

It's quite unpleasant when you feel cheated already at home, looking through the pictures of the menu. I ordered a salad with classic cookies, instead I got sliced round, semi-dry, tasteless pieces of thin sponge cake hidden under a layer of berries (although the technology of making such cookies is different...)։ Mashtots Branch
In another branch (Cascade), instead of strawberry sorbet, mango sorbet is brought after 20 minutes of waiting (although the hall was not loaded). I have no complaints about the taste of sorbets🙃
The atmosphere is pleasant, noisy from time to time.
The service is polite, sometimes making you wait. Bathroom: clean.

It's a very tasty place. We visited 3 times during the rest period. Obviously several shifts of chefs, or the mood was worse:2 times the pizza was just above all praise, 1 time it was just very good)))

A very beautiful menu, delicious photos, a huge abundance of desserts.
I had a chance to have dinner at this cafe on Saturday evening, it was packed, very noisy, a lot of children.
We ordered a teapot with strawberry tea. They brought one cup without a kettle ....
Soups + are normal, against the background of everything else.
Pizza with raw dough. The whole filling falls off the pieces, as the raw dough does not hold its shape.
The dessert portions are large. We were so tempted by the beautiful photos that we ordered dessert for each person. Keep in mind, each dessert can be served to two people if you have already eaten something before.
But still, there was no luck with dessert either, pancakes with apples were brought cold. The apples are raw inside. The ice cream on the pancakes did not even melt, so it seems that the dish did not warm up at all.
Instead of waffles with cherries, they brought some other waffle. I had to wait a long time for it to be transmitted. Finally
The waffle turned out to be quite tasty. There were a few seeds in the cherries, but these are small things.
They expressed all their dissatisfactions before paying the bill, but did not offer to exclude anything from the bill. Then the receptionist came up and offered to replace the pancakes. After 15 minutes of waiting, we received a normal warm dish. They asked me to pack it with them.
In total, 2 mistakes of the waiters, 2 unsuccessful dishes out of 6.

A beautiful Italian-style restaurant with disgusting cuisine. I do not advise you to take anything from the main dishes here. The arabiata pasta was just sour, as if a tomato paste was just poured into the pasta, no taste of cheese and spices. The pasta with mushrooms was generally inedible: unsalted, why did you taste citrus and raw champignons. The desserts were better, but also unusual. Tiramisu has nothing to do with the original at all, it's some kind of ice cream with cream. Milkshakes are also quite strange, it feels like you're just eating tasteless thick cream, it's impossible to drink them with a straw. The prices are quite ordinary for the city center, but the cuisine leaves much to be desired.

I really love this cafe. what is on the Northern Avenue, what is on Mesrop Mashtots Avenue. the food arrives quickly, and whatever I order there, everything is delicious. last time I was with my dad, we ordered pizza margarita and prosciutto. everything was brought quickly and the pizzas were excellent, and most importantly - not burnt dough.
The omelets are delicious there too. and also a very pleasant interior.

It turns out that it is FORBIDDEN to pour boiling water into the kettle. Thank you for making me feel like a humiliated homeless man who came penniless and asked for boiling water for free. A stunningly delicious place!
Great desserts, milkshakes. In general, I liked everything that we tried. Delicious soups, pasta, pizza and 4 cheeses are beyond praise. I highly recommend it! The prices are average for Yerevan, we get about 5,000 drams per person, and this is quite a lot of food.

Unfortunately, most of the local waiters are unaware that the ordered drinks need not only to be brought and opened, but also poured into glasses. Apparently, these are the unattainable peaks of the service.
Pizza with pear and cheese with mold is just a failure. Instead of arugula, a salad mix is laid out on the pizza, with micron-thick slices of pears on top of it. The pear, by the way, is tough and not sweet. Apparently, it is for this reason that it has such an economical thickness. There are cold pieces of freshly cut cheese with mold on the pear. Not molten, cold. Crowning all this is the miracle of the culinary art of cashews in the form of whole kernels. Not only is the combination of products in this form very dubious, but it is also corny and not convenient: when you take a piece of pizza, both nuts and cold cheese are poured from it onto a plate. A curtain.
It can be suggested that the character who came up with this is very far not only from cooking in general, but also, in principle, does not suspect how to eat pizza.
In fairness, I note that the second pizza ordered with mushrooms and truffle paste was quite worthy. Either this is the work of another creator, or the previous one had a temporary epiphany.

There have been several times. On the Northern Avenue and next to Mashtots. The service is 2. The waiters practically do not notice you or are constantly busy. You won't get the bill.
The first couple of times it was more or less about food. We decided to give another chance. In vain!!!
23.10.22 we were at Mashtots 15A and took Viennese waffles with cherries. It's just disgusting! Not only was this waffle carried all over the restaurant before and they were looking for a table where it should be placed, but then it turned out that the cherry dressing on top was tasteless. How can you spoil a cherry like that? It feels like the berries were taken from the USSR-some compote, some were crushed and served with a waffle. If you love cherries, then there is no cherry flavor here! There is no waffle itself, that is, the dough does not even taste like dough. I'm already silent about the fact that the whole waffle is wet, not crispy.
They also took pasta, pumpkin soup and chicken and potatoes. Okay, pasta and soup are fine. But chicken and potatoes... there is so much salt that it is impossible to eat normally. The chicken was almost cold when it was served, and the potatoes were hot. It's also a very interesting question, how did it happen on one plate.
The berry on the cake was that the drinks were brought to us at the very end after the desserts!!! And then after the reminder. We ordered everything at the same time when boarding. The caramel-flavored milkshake is just hell. It's sugar on sugar. It's impossible to drink it. I gave it back, as well as the waffle. Poor children who are fed this. My husband took pancakes with cherries and cream. There is no cherry because it is the same as on a waffle, pancakes taste similarly creepy, the cream is sweet, which makes your teeth ache. The Banana-Nutella-flavored milkshake was similarly sugary, but nothing compared to my Caramel.
The receptionist came quickly after the waiter told him that he did not like the dish. But to my question, "Did you eat these waffles yourself?" he began to compose fairy tales about eating waffles 2-3 times a day. And that, apparently, they failed today. As a result, he offered lemonade to wash down this mess, which, of course, I refused. She asked for water. We sat for a long time and waited for a bottle of water. Without waiting, they got dressed and began to leave. Then the administrator immediately blew up and started saying that he wanted to remove the dishes from the receipt, but it turns out that you have already paid. To this, we all said that we would like to at least get the promised bottle of water…
To give 17 thousand drams for two people for not even eating properly... thanks for the ruined dinner. At least the cook can make pumpkin cream soup. What else can I say.
Not a foot in Sorriso anymore!!!! I don't understand the rave reviews about the variety and delicious food.

The broccoli cream soup was brought. The color was immediately confused, almost acid green. I thought okay, I'll try. I hoped that at least it would taste like cream soup with broccoli, but in vain. There was only a taste of broccoli, and the rest of the taste was an unknown porridge. They called the waiter, asked what was in the composition. The waiter could not name a single ingredient that made the soup turn acid green. Therefore, I was afraid to eat this tasteless soup, it was taken away.
Because we were in a hurry, I had to eat my boyfriend's food)
As a sign of apology, the establishment brought mojitos, but what can you think? The cream soup had to be paid for, even though this mess was taken away)
We will never visit this place again and we do not recommend it to others.
