I often come here because the store is located near the house. It is convenient that the store is open almost around the clock, so essential goods can always be purchased there. Good pastries, lots of dairy products and other goods are enough. There is cooking. However, there is a small parking lot and if you are driving from work, you have to stop near a McDonald's (it is within walking distance from the store) or in a parking lot further away, then you have to carry groceries (sometimes hard) to a distant parking lot.

In general, we need a reform of price tags for all stores, moving from tiny pieces of paper printed on poorly refilled printers to standards of neat and readable price tags and sorting goods on shelves legibly to beautiful price tags. Alas, the price tags look chaotic very often, knocked down in one place, this is not a professional design. We need a good designer for the whole chain of stores and new beautiful bright standards. A simple wish. 5 stars are developing, it would be very beautiful with the invention of beautiful price tags. Price tags are the weakest link of any store. But such a large one needs to finally design and solve a very good problem. After all, the client loves beautiful inscriptions, you must agree.

It sounds like something incredible, but it turns out it's possible these days))) As a result, I made my debut in the book of complaints and suggestions. We have been responding for more than a month - the response time has expired. The response contains a standard reply stating that we had a conversation and blah blah. It's a pity I didn't write down the star names, otherwise I would have definitely voiced the best "neighbors" here.

It's horrible... 01/13/2025 in the evening I went to the store to take the cutlets home and my nightmare came true. I was standing in line next to the cooking department, behind a man, he took 4 chicken fillets with pineapples, they were applied to him with tongs, which were stained with meatball sauce before, but okay, it happens, BUT after that, when I took RAW sweets, the seller applied them to me with the same tongs! I made a rather timid and calm remark with a request to wash them: "I'm sorry, but you just brought me some sweets with the same tongs as the prepared food, this is wrong, please wash them." And to this I received the answer: "I don't have time, I'm here alone and there are a lot of you." By this time, he had managed to exchange a few words with a girl from another department, go to the back room, chat there and come back. I've worked in catering myself, and I know what it's like to stand up for 12 hours. And I'm totally disappointed. I was sick with rotovirus twice after eating in the neighbors and suffered from diarrhea 5 more times, but once a year I consistently gave this chain a chance: 2 stores on Lenin Square, on Uruchye and on Karbyshev. And there's no way I'm going to take any more cooking, meat, milk, vegetables, or fruits there. There are always problems with staff at this point, but this does not mean that employees have the right to disregard basic sanitation standards. Next time, if there is a repeat of the incident (which I hope won't happen) there will be an appeal to the administration and further. Either do the job properly or don't do it at all. It's really scary to take food somewhere and then throw up for 4 days..... have a conscience
