Of the usual cash registers, as a rule (usually) one works, the queue always gathers, occasionally I saw a person at the second cash register who appears for a short time and when the queue decreases, disappears "forever")). Self-service cash desks from the last century, apparently. Sometimes something is buggy, the scanner is tiny, you need to adjust to read the barcode. And the security service is responsible for these cash registers, which sits next to them in the security booth. They should help if there are difficulties or if you buy alcohol, for example, they should hold their card, thereby confirming that I am 18+. And so.... There is one guard there (I will not name him) who is never in a hurry to get out of the booth, you always have to wait for him. And he walks slowly, waddling

It's not bad for express shopping, but it's better not to share and walk a block to the Neighbors without express. I don't even know why two stores of the same chain are within walking distance of each other, and one of them with a rather meager assortment. Personally, I am glad that there is no queue at the self-service ticket office, but there is always a huge queue at the regular ticket office. The staff is not very friendly. Once again, I note that the store is from the category of express purchases of something unassuming.

It's a good store, we often go into it. The shelves are always filled with goods. There are also fresh pastries and raw products (meat, minced meat, etc.) Before, there were often queues, but after the self-service cash desks were installed, there were fewer queues. The staff, in principle, like in any other store, there are also a little boorish, there are also quite pleasant employees. In general, I recommend the store. Very often there are no price tags for various products, especially for milk. Honestly, it's annoying. It would be nice to miss a couple of price tags, well, it happens, but when out of 5 products that you came to the store for, 3 need to be carried and scanned to find out the price... Terrible store! There are always huge queues . There is 1 cash register and a pathetic semblance of CSR. There should ALWAYS be one of the employees in the CSR zone, but alas. Often you have to search independently and for a long time. Disregard and boorish attitude towards customers . They do not fulfill their direct duties . There is always trouble with price tags for goods . The price in the trading floor is the same, at the checkout when calculating the other. Sometimes a product is displayed, but the price is from another product , the same brand , fat content is different. It 's very stressful . And so constantly . It wouldn 't be so sad if it was in all retail chains , but it 's not . It would be possible to forgive a lot and close your eyes to something, if there were lower prices (for example, a Hit), but here the prices are not bad. If you have time and are not too lazy to take a walk, choose another store.

Магазин хороший в плане ассортимента. Но, иногда беда с ценниками на овощи. А вот с кассирами проблема огромная. На кассе всегда один человек, в час пик, это просто ужас, очередь огромная. А на кассу самообслуживания не всегда получается пойти, так как не все можно через нее купить, а для разрешения нужно кого-то ждать по 10 минут. Охранник то курит на улице, то сидит в будке и не выходит. Касса пищит, а дела нет никому. Кассир один и разорваться не может.

Self-service cash desks are constantly hanging with broken products and no one cancels them! When asked to cancel, they respond: What can I do for you? I don't have a map!

Когда на этом месте было рАзаранне :) думал - сменится собственник и наведут порядок. Собственник сменился. Порядок навели. Но все равно захожу теперь только за водой/мороженым/пельмешками. Для магазина шаговой доступности ассортимента, как мне кажется, не хватает. В итоге посещаю гораздо чаще Соседи на Раковском рынке, хотя туда надо на машине ехать.

Магазин полный отстой. Продукция не соответствует качеству. Брал несколько раз варёную грудинку, была вонючая что даже собака не ест. Постоянно работает одна касса из за чего приходится стоять по пол часа. Много продукции с истёкшим сроком годности. Не советую туда заходить

Отвратительный магазин,начиная с персонала и заканчивая ассортиментом!У меня сложилось впечатление,что весь просроченный товар сети Соседи привозят в этот магазин.Очень люблю магазин Соседи на Раковском Кирмаше,а этот магазин просто позор сети.

К сожалению нет замечательной кулинарии(( Часто очереди в кассу, ну и персонал мог бы быть и по приветливее, а так, лучшее, что было в этом магазине много лет.
