I came on June 28 to make a purchase in this store. I was disappointed, to say the least. I went to the meat products, because I came for a barbecue and saw a "beautiful" picture: flies crawling over the meat laid out in the meat showcase. I informed the seller about this, to which she waved her hands there to drive away the flies. I asked for a book of comments and suggestions. The girl went to ask for a book. I came back without her. She said they were coming. A little later, another girl came in, who again asked what happened and went to get a book. But you can see the book is far away. After 5 minutes or more, the girl came out and invited me to follow her to make a record. When I left the post on June 28, I noted in it that I needed an answer. Please note that I have indicated the date, last name and address in the book so that the answer will be sent. But today, July 18, there is still no response. Although the response to the complaint is given 14 days. I went out to the gym after writing comments and suggestions in the book and decided to see if the situation had changed, but no. Although you can cover the product with plastic wrap or close the showcase with plexiglass. Since there are such problems in the store.
