We used to come here very often for meat products and semi-finished products (everything was delicious, fresh and at a normal price). But lately the store has not been happy - they bought cutlets, but they smelled, the next day the story repeated with smoked polindvica. If they risked baking the cutlets with a stretch, then they did not dare to eat the polindvitsa, they had to throw it away. It's good that they took a small piece, so they didn't waste time on a refund. There were previously a couple of cases of delay - something from dairy products and crackers with mold. Buns are also often stale. A separate note to the staff - the seller in the meat department sometimes communicates on the verge of rudeness.

There are already several entries in the book from me. They're rude, they're rude... There is a shortage of sellers, because of this, not the staff, but the dogs are angry. According to the layout, everything is fine, the assortment is also not bad... But the service negates everything.

I live nearby, so I visit this store often. There is usually one cashier at the checkout. There are self-service cash registers that are not working properly. Due to the introduction of QR codes, an error often occurs and after that it is not possible to scan the product again until the administrator or security guard approaches. There's a problem with that, too. You can wait for the staff to arrive for half an hour, or even more. Either they don't care, or they're never around. On my last visit to the store, a security guard came up and said in a raised voice and in a rude manner that I was not scanning the product correctly. Valuables in the store often do not match the price at the checkout. To which the administrator repeatedly said in justification that there was not enough staff.
