📍 First Visit, Great Disappointment – Sotapi Üsküdar Branch I decided to stop by Sotapi, who often appears on Instagram, when I finally fell on my way to Üsküdar. It was a place where I was curious about the taste, but unfortunately, the experience I had was literally a disappointment. The employee at the checkout counter greets him with such an attitude that it's as if he's handing out charity and trying not to give food to anyone... When salad is not given, he gently says, “Don't you give salad?” I asked, without even looking at my face“ "Do you want a salad?” he said and handed me the salad. Communication is zero, smiling face is zero, and the style is quite harsh and cold. Interestingly, the rice staff, who worked more intensively, were very friendly and polite. So work intensity can't be an excuse, it's purely a matter of approach. People are now going not only to feed, but also to get respect and good service. This is not a military ward, it's not a free food queue at all. And believe me, even if it's free, I won't go with that attitude a second time. The chicken with sauce was really successful, but the plain rice was mediocre. The prices are generally reasonable. I've looked at the comments, there have been other customers who are uncomfortable with the attitude of the same staff. I hope @sotapi_official will take these feedbacks into consideration. I'm not thinking about going to the Üsküdar branch again.
