We have been looking for / choosing an agency for a long time and for the most part we have come across very green and even too persistent comrades, without any communication skills and even unfamiliar with the analysis of the real estate market. I would like to sign a contract, and then extend it.
By a happy coincidence, we were recommended by the agency "Hundreds of meters" and oh, wonderful, we sold the babushatnik for a million dollars.)))

It's not like that at all. We had an unusual project. The guys from the agency approached the issue carefully, seriously and professionally. They do not take patience and perseverance. We worked on the sale as best we could and applied all our skills in the field of promotion of the transaction. They probably used all the marketing chips and sales channels (here I want to note once again that our sale was with some difficulty and other agencies refused us, they waved their hand saying it was an "anchor")) The agency "Hundreds of meters" can handle all the difficulties.
We are convinced. It seems to me that the guys have such a thing as a FART and he is their traveling companion.
Support was provided both at the legal and psychological level. They always responded in messengers and answered calls. It was felt that people were trying to help and participate in the process.
