The Owl left a generally pleasant impression. The menu is really diverse and with a bias towards "proper nutrition" — it is clear that they tried their best. I took noodles with chicken: large pieces of chicken, rich taste, quite decent. The interior is very atmospheric — lots of owls, everything is thought out to the last detail. Even the toilet is aesthetically decorated and without locks, which is always a plus. In summer, it's cool that there are some nice tables outside — in good weather, it's a great option. One of the disadvantages is maintenance. The waitress was quite cold and arrogant. Dessert was forgotten, although the hall was almost empty — I had to go to remind myself after 10 minutes. It was a small thing, but the sediment remained. In general, I recommend the establishment — the cuisine is interesting, the atmosphere is pleasant, but with service as luck would have it.

I decided to visit this place because of the good reviews and the variety of breakfasts, but I was very mistaken. I ordered avocado toast with salmon, but I got a piece of bread that didn't have normal avocado on it, but had a thin spread of blackened avocado, not the first freshness, and only one slice of salmon, but there were 3 pieces of dried tomatoes, which I don't like (if they are included in the dish, then at least write it on the menu). In general, the breakfast was ruined, as was the mood!!

I don't understand the reasons for this behavior. I ordered coffee, a classic omelet, pancakes with cottage cheese and a pear. Coffee was brought without a lid, but with a straw. When asked if there was a lid, they answered at first, no, sorry, they ran out, but later a girl brought it without overalls, without a badge, and held it with her bare hands. I asked for an omelet with a piece of bread, they said it was fine, but it wasn't in the bag. The pancakes with the pear were burnt. The impression of the cafe has deteriorated.

We came with the children for dinner and, to be honest, the impression was not the most pleasant from the entrance - there was a broom, a mop, a bucket in the hall, everything looked like the cafe was in the process of cleaning, although there were almost no guests. By food: I ordered zucchini waffles, I chose them consciously according to the composition, since I don't eat coloring products now. As a result, there were carrots in the dish, which was not mentioned in the menu. This is important to me, and I think such things should be mentioned. She also asked me to replace salmon with shrimp. As a result, they brought a waffle with salmon + three very small shrimps separately for an additional fee of 6.5 rubles. The shrimps were in soy sauce (this was also not specified), the egg was sprinkled with paprika. As a result, I couldn't eat the dish and actually refused it. I would also like to note that the shrimp version should have had avocado, but I was told that avocado was not available. I gave the waffle to my daughter to try - she said it tasted bad. The children ordered macaroni and cheese and meatballs - they didn't like any of the dishes. The cheese looked more like some kind of sauce, and the pasta and meatballs didn't come in either. The cheesecakes were generally edible, but there was a strange taste, like metal or the dishes they were cooked in. It was also strange that many items from the menu were not available - there were no smoothies, there were no sodas that we wanted to order. When I asked the waiter if there was any way to resolve the situation (replacement or refund), the answer was no. As a result, the bill came out to about 70 rubles, while the quality and taste of the dishes, unfortunately, do not match the price at all. For example, a salmon waffle for ~ 20 rubles is a small piece of fish, some lettuce leaves and literally two cherry tomatoes. The yield of the dish is very small and clearly does not correspond to the stated cost. Honestly, there is a feeling that the expectations of the menu and the reality are very different - in terms of composition, taste, and service. There was no desire to return to this place.

And the cafe itself is so cozy, pleasant interior, clean tables and a clean toilet!!!! I have never drunk such a delicious cappuccino anywhere in Belarus and in such wonderful and cozy cups! Everything is reasonable for the price, there are not many places inside - you probably won't always get there, but we were lucky. Tips are not included in the receipt immediately- at your personal discretion, you can pay with a card and phone, but to do this, go to the bar, there is Wi-Fi in the establishment! The reason is the waiter, who somehow incredibly lost / forgot/ scored on our order. It's amazing and incomprehensible how he did it, considering that he was writing it down on a piece of paper. Several times we asked where our dishes were, and the waiter said they would be there soon. In the end, he brought only one thing, initially putting it on someone else's table, where people also couldn't wait for one of their ordered dishes. The only way to find out what was going on was to talk to the girl at the bar. It turned out that our order was not available in principle. We refused to wait another half hour or agree to only one dish now and wait for the second one for the same half hour, since the original goal was to have breakfast together. They left hungry and disappointed. We went to lunch, not to have breakfast at another place. P.S. I asked at the very beginning of this "adventure" to bring a glass of water, in the end I managed to get it only by going to the bar myself.

The doors were wide open, we wanted to go to the table, but they greeted us with displeasure and informed us that, "actually," they were still closed. So-so customer orientation. After all, it was possible to calmly warn us to wait these few minutes while sitting with the menu in our hands.
