I highly recommend this cafe to anyone who follows the food, but is not ready to sacrifice the taste. There are healthy gluten-free and sugar-free dishes that are really delicious. The portions are large, satisfying, and the service is fast — you don't have to wait long. We go here with the whole family, and what is rare is that each family member has his favorite dish on the menu, which he is always happy to order. We will definitely come back again! It's a pity that summer is ending and the summer terrace will close soon, because this is the best place for breakfast.🥰

Good afternoon. Every time I arrive in Mogilev, I visit your institution and, on the whole, I was satisfied, but not this time. I ordered coffee, a classic omelet, pancakes with cottage cheese and a pear. Coffee was brought without a lid, but with a straw. When asked if there was a lid, they answered at first, no, sorry, they ran out, but later a girl brought it without overalls, without a badge, and held it with her bare hands. I asked for an omelet with a piece of bread, they said it was fine, but it wasn't in the bag. The pancakes with the pear were burnt. The impression of the cafe has deteriorated.

The Owl left a generally pleasant impression. The menu is really diverse and with a bias towards "proper nutrition" — it is clear that they tried their best. I took noodles with chicken: large pieces of chicken, rich taste, quite decent. The interior is very atmospheric — lots of owls, everything is thought out to the last detail. Even the toilet is aesthetically decorated and without locks, which is always a plus. In summer, it's cool that there are some nice tables outside — in good weather, it's a great option. One of the disadvantages is maintenance. The waitress was quite cold and arrogant. Dessert was forgotten, although the hall was almost empty — I had to go to remind myself after 10 minutes. It was a small thing, but the sediment remained. In general, I recommend the establishment — the cuisine is interesting, the atmosphere is pleasant, but with service as luck would have it.

A good cafe with good quality food, but all the advantages are killed by waiting. I gave this place several chances, and regardless of the load, waiting for dishes took at least 25 minutes, and sometimes 60, which is frustrating when one of the ingredients is a light salad, and the second is coffee.

I decided to visit this place because of the good reviews and the variety of breakfasts, but I was very mistaken. I ordered avocado toast with salmon, but I got a piece of bread that didn't have normal avocado on it, but had a thin spread of blackened avocado, not the first freshness, and only one slice of salmon, but there were 3 pieces of dried tomatoes, which I don't like (if they are included in the dish, then at least write it on the menu). In general, the breakfast was ruined, as was the mood!!

When the room is empty, you sit down on the terrace and wait for half an hour until one of the two available waitresses deigns to bring the menu. Maybe they don't get paid or they get paid pennies? I don't understand the reasons for this behavior. The girls don't know the menu, they bring the wrong food, the table is not always fully served - and I keep silent about the fact that, judging by the look, I have to apologize for disturbing their majesties. While at Amici down the street, the service is above all praise, and I want to come back and pay these hefty sums! Just like in Mir 23. Because the price matches the quality.

And one day we forgot that only on weekdays they start at 9:00. We went on a day off at about 9:55. The doors were wide open, we wanted to go to the table, but they greeted us with displeasure and informed us that, "actually," they were still closed. So-so customer orientation. After all, it was possible to calmly warn us to wait these few minutes while sitting with the menu in our hands.

I lowered the rating to 1⭐ for a trivial reason. There are no complaints about the quality of the dishes served, but the customer orientation is straight agong. DATE: 08/15/2025. I came to the opening (wed.09.05)-it's closed, I think okay, I'll wait. About five minutes later, the lady who is JUST OPENING the restaurant arrives. Employees who were waiting for her arrival and saw that the customer was already waiting for her from the neighboring shops. I waited another five minutes and decided to come in. The result is locked (at 09.15), with the announcement of the opening at 09.00. I don't know if the owner of this establishment will read the review and somehow explain whether this is the norm or not. I understand that the rating of an institution is the quality of food, but is the attitude towards the customer important, or don't you care, one more, one less?!

I really liked the cafe! The only drawback is the Steep and slippery stairs for winter - the administration will work on this issue! And the cafe itself is so cozy, pleasant interior, clean tables and a clean toilet!!!! Very tasty and hearty dishes, we waited for 20 minutes at lunch in total, there was no choice of desserts - well, the day off, apparently everyone ate🤷♀️ the coffee was just wonderful!
