I've been going to this cafe for over a year now. I often go to this place to take a break from work, because they have an amazing cozy atmosphere. It's like time freezes and you can enjoy a wonderful dish. And not just one, because they have an excellent choice, full of variety. There is a dish for every taste. The staff at this cafe is incredibly friendly and helpful. It feels like I'm in a fairy tale. They will always help with the choice. The cafe is located in a wonderful location, excellent interior. I consider everything to be at the highest level and recommend everyone to visit this wonderful cafe.

We have been visiting the Sova cafe with our family since its opening.
The first trips were wonderful, delicious, sincere, friendly.
We love carpacho very much, we taste it in different places. At the very beginning of the cafe, carpacho was amazing.
But after a while, another visit ended with not very pleasant impressions. We ordered carpacho, it didn't taste so rich anymore, but that's not the worst thing... there was a metal rivet under the cheese, and under the meat, a fiber from a metal washcloth. They apologized verbally, but no delicious apologies, as in other cafes and restaurants. There were also cheesecakes in the order, they just appeared on the menu, so terrible in appearance and tasteless, I have not seen anywhere! It turned out that when visiting a cafe, there are always few people, but the wait for food is very long.
Again, the family walked in the park and went with
the child to sit in a cafe, the children's menu is not brought, although they see that a small child is sitting, the menu needs to be begged. Well, the cherry on the cake, visiting the cafe "Owl" has never ended with us ... we ordered CARPACHO, tasteless again and a bonus from the chef, POISONING!
Thank you, you don't want to eat anymore, we'll probably have some more coffee.

In the Owl Cafe from the very day of its opening, at first there were new dishes and delicious coffee, there was no pizza)) From time to time, when we arrive at Mazurino Park, we go to a cafe. At Easter, my daughter and I also decided to take a walk and went to a cafe.She has not been there more than once and liked the veranda . But the table that we sat down at was not clean and the waitress was hinted about it , but pretended that it was necessary . We made an order , we forgot to specify that we eat soup first , and then dessert . And when she said that coffee was after the meal , they brought a cup of coffee next . My daughter does not drink hot , but I do not drink cold . The coffee compared to what I used to drink here was much better , you didn 't have to drink this one (What always pleases me is chicken pate . The price is of course) but it is delicious. Thanks for that. ☺️

We walked in Mazurino Park and went to the Owl cafe.
I was met by a polite and pleasant waiter. Delicious food, especially liked the Caesar salad with shrimp, beautifully decorated fruit plate. Cozy atmosphere, beautiful and modern interior. The prices are affordable.
I want to express my gratitude to the owners for creating such a good cafe!

We were sitting on the veranda and it was impossible to eat in peace, because wasps were landing on you and the food, a lot of wasps. To our comment on this, the waiter said: "well, it's nature." Nature is nature, but if visitors can't eat in peace and have to jump, bounce and run away from the table - this is your problem, not nature's. Most likely you have a hornet's nest somewhere. The 21st century is in the yard, there are methods of fighting, pump up and do something about it, please. I want to sit outside in the summer, but not at the cost of being stung.
The food seemed to be good (as far as one could understand, taking into account the constant jumps), but the cheesecake was very bad, tasteless in itself and as if it had been stale for a long time.

The restaurant is good, but something needs to be done with the staff. If you already position yourself as a good institution with good cuisine, then the service should be at the level (the conclusion is based on five visits), past everything else - they refused to sell a bottle of water with the words: we do not sell takeaway, if you want to drink, drink here
In addition to the review, especially for administrators: if you think, that I am unable to distinguish drinking water from alcohol, then I am doubly sorry for the future of this institution. If your staff is not competent, you should not seem smarter than everyone else)))) Review your surveillance cameras and draw conclusions. It is a pity that I did not ask for a book of comments and suggestions

There was an extremely unpleasant aftertaste from visiting this institution.
The four of us went to the institution.
The waiter was waited for about 20 minutes. They immediately said that only pizza and salads could be ordered from the menu.
The order arrived quickly enough.
While they were leaving to wash their hands, mom, remaining in the hall, took a sip of the drink that they had brought with them.
The waitress said that you can't do that - mom put the bottle away and apologized.
By the time we ate, the police came to our table and began to deduct for the fact that we drink our alcohol in the institution. On the table we had three glasses of non-alcoholic beer and one alcoholic, which we ordered.
Having understood the situation, they approached the waitress and asked again.
She said that we had our own bottle of drink with us, that my mother drank...
the law enforcement officers apologized and left.
The sediment from visiting this institution remained extremely unpleasant.
Although I liked the food on the whole.
I consider the behavior of the staff to be not professional, and the attitude towards the guests is unacceptable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the building-stylish, modern. Swing at the entrance, 2 terraces overlooking the park and the river. It's cozy inside. They were delighted. It's early!
Sticky stains from drinks left by previous customers remained on the table. To my remark, the waiter girl replied that I was picking on them, they had a big landing and not enough staff (there were two of us in the hall and 4 people on the veranda). It must be a big landing! But these are flowers. The berries started when the meat was brought to us! In places it resembled a sole, in places coal. It was simply impossible to eat. And the portion did not look like 200 g!!! However, the berry sauce for the meat was good. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I would like to add that in case of a shortage of staff, the cafe owner could wipe the tables himself!

The wedding was celebrated in the cafe "Owl" on July 23. I liked everything very much! First of all, I would like to mention the entire staff of the cafe and the administrator Anastasia. Despite the fact that we happened to arrive at the cafe earlier than agreed, they were still able to arrange a comfortable reception for the guests. Throughout the evening, the receptionist controlled the situation and coordinated everything with us. The waiters were very attentive, and you could ask them at any time. The kitchen is wonderful, the chef Alexander is on top. The dishes are very tasty, beautifully decorated, and I especially want to mention the wedding cake, which all the guests really liked both in taste and appearance. A very beautiful, cozy, picturesque veranda, all lit up, it has enough space for a banquet and dancing. We were allowed to hold a fire show in the surrounding area, it turned out very effectively. We definitely recommend the Owl for recreation and banquets!

The place itself is just great. Nature, silence. The staff is responsive and knowledgeable. By menu:the mashed soups are excellent, for dessert there was a carrot cake, too, it was good, the draniki were pumped up, which are not draniki at all. Lemonade, milkshake and vanilla raf are on the level.

I don't know who writes negative reviews. The prices are quite adequate. It is logical that if you go to an institution, be ready to leave a tidy sum there. The dishes are served quite quickly, but they were not at full planting. I do not deny that if there are a lot of visitors, they may not be able to cope (well, this is logical). In general, I have only positive impressions!

A very pleasant and New place in Vitebsk! Beautiful location, wonderful interior, were in winter before the New Year. Kitchen 10 out of 10! Very tasty pancakes, salads and hot dishes. The serving is amazing, someone wrote that they served burnt onions, but this is a complete misunderstanding that it is used for decoration, not for food (then I advise you not to go to such places, but to continue eating in the XS))) Very tasty alcoholic cocktails. There is bedlam on the veranda. When we arrived, saying that we had booked a table, the staff made it clear with all their behavior and attitude that we were not welcome here, as well as everyone else.
