Great cafe. It looks depressing and unenthusiastic from the outside, but it's nice and cozy inside, despite the cramped space. But the most important thing is the kitchen, and it's unexpectedly amazing. Both solyanka and carbonara are wonderfully good. Highly recommend it! I wish the place prosperity.

We are returning from the Republic of Belarus to the Russian Federation. We couldn't find a place to have lunch in Vitebsk. The waiting time for the kitchen is at least an hour, and there are queues at the entrance. We decided to buy something to eat at the store . The Owl cafe, despite the fact that it was not taken into account on the map, there was too little information, they thought there was only coffee. We really had a delicious lunch. Thank you very much! The menu is not large, it is prepared to order (next time I will try to call and make an order in advance). Mushroom cream soup, pasta with chicken, ice cream waffle 5+!. Yes, we also bought some truffle candies (prepared in Sova) for the trip. We decided to try it right away.... in general, we ate right away. It's so delicious! The cafe is small, only 2 tables, there is a toilet. Two young men: one takes orders and serves, the other is a cook. Well done guys! Prosperity to the institution!

With the cramped hall and restroom, the cafe is wonderful for a regional center. Excellent real hodgepodge with lemon and olives, and great draniki made from real potatoes (not mashed potatoes) with bacon and a complex sauce. Everything is prepared right there. Delicious and satisfying. We were passing through. I regret that I didn't come in last time, but now I always do.
