неплохое озеро с плотиной...но коровник, запах и текущая в пруд жижа у плотины....(((( А так есть окунь, лещ, плотва, пескарь и т.д.

Нужна обязательно реконструкция . Ферма хорошая. Необходимо, чтобы за неё серьезно взялись. Коровники почти все развалились. На въезде злая собака. Невозможно пройти погулять на плотину. Она должна быть на цепи.
