firstly, the location is Simply terrible, it is located in some kind of wilderness, it is very difficult to get there if you have never been there, because it is unclear where the entrance to this building itself is located!! The employee who works at this pick-up point is just a disgusting person... I wanted to send a parcel to my relatives, where there were personal belongings, he tore everything up and unpacked and refused to send it..
