A great place to relax: it has its own restaurant, massage, gym, sauna, font, sun beds, swings, lawn, its own beach.
Not for family holidays: the child periodically cried for various reasons, we were made one remark (although the manager was told 10 times around the corner), after which they asked not to appear at their place anymore. Without scandals, we went to another hotel with a similar service (how good that it was free because we had to tinker with the search and then there would be a scandal))))

Of the advantages:
- great outdoor pool
- new and fresh renovation
- pleasant administrators
Of the cons:
- There are only two pairs that work frankly poorly. It was slightly warmer in the Finnish room than indoors, the hammam felt like it was heated every 20 minutes
- I went for a swim in the pool, and there is a swimming training for children. The whole pool is occupied and in fact you can't swim
-locks in the showers do not work, there is no hair dryer in the changing rooms
That is, the basic services for which you come to such places are at a very weak level, unfortunately

This is the best SPA in my life! We decided to relax with our friends and visit a new place in the city. We were delighted! I really liked the lovely administrator Ekaterina and the golden hands of the master Irina. A gorgeous pool that will not leave anyone indifferent.

Disgusting massage. We came together with my husband. The masseuse Alyona said that she was alone, although my husband and I signed up for the same time together. OK. My husband gave in to me. As a result: the massage was done quickly, superficially and unpleasantly. Details:
- they didn't offer cream or oil. They are immediately made in oil
- he pours oil directly on the client and rubs it. That's not how it's done. It should be like this: in the hands, the oil is ground and applied to the client
- the feeling that they just stroked and moved their fists in circles.
- all movements are sharp
- there was not a single movement from kneading, that is, they did not work with muscles.
The worst massage in my life, 0/10.
The second story. My husband signed up for the second masseuse, Irina. We paid in advance.as a result, the master refused to massage the reason: his wife (I) went to Alyona, so let her husband go there too ... Trash. Antiservice. The refund has not been made yet.

Great! We had a rest at the hotel. A visit to the SPA was included in the price. A gorgeous pool, clean and deep. The sun beds are comfortable with a mattress. The hammam is great.

The SPA center has various steam rooms, a relaxation area, and a massage room... But the pearl of the SPA is of course the pool. Outdoor, heated 25 meters. The entrance can be from the outside and from the inside if it is cold outside. It was in early May. The air temperature is 14 degrees. And there are 30 in the pool. Beauty!
