It's a good hotel, a delicious restaurant, but there are obviously problems with occupancy (they can't handle the large influx of people) and ever-dreaming waiters. And I was extremely surprised when, after leaving for a couple of hours to walk around the city, we returned to the room that was wide open ... the cleaner just forgot to close it after cleaning.

I really like the spa, there is everything you need, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, but there are suggestions, it would be great if the font were a font, and the temperature in it was at least up to 20 degrees, and ideally 15. And I wish I could make the hammam healthier.

Everything is clean and beautiful, but the air conditioner is broken, the remote control did not work and it is impossible to find water after 00:00, for some reason the 4* hotel could not help with this 🤦🏻♀️
