The place is wonderful, the staff is polite
but!
Yesterday I arrived at the SPA at 8, there was a family, the child frolicked impossibly cheerfully and loudly accompanied by his father, the rest was unbearable, screams and screams were heard in all rooms, including the locker room, they apologized for the remark, but nothing changed, I had to leave.
I would like people to understand that a spa is not a water park with a child on a small area.
It's terrible! I regret that I did not ask for a book of complaints, so I am writing a review.
The administrator was also drawn to this, but there was no reaction.
It is a pity if such a place cannot be visited due to situations with children.

I've been to the SPA several times at lunchtime: I really liked it, everything I need is available, a pleasant atmosphere, two saunas, a nice pool, it's not crowded (once everything was at my disposal) and there's even a "cat therapy"

Nice hotel. It is located next to the ring road, sometimes it is a little noisy because of the cars, but you quickly forget about it.
Clear. Nice pool, morning access is included in the price.
The breakfasts are continental, everything is delicious.
There is wonderful landscaping around the hotel, a forest, near the Drozdy reservoir. A peaceful place.

I really like the location of the hotel in a pine forest, near the lake. Excellent hammam, sauna and swimming pool! They cook delicious food. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff. The hotel administrators are very polite - it is always nice to contact them for any request.

In principle, the SPA is not bad. Nice sauna and hammam. Large swimming pool with counterflow, bubble bath. You can rent a private session for two, book massages and other body treatments. The price for renting the entire hall for 2 hours for two is 260 rubles. I put 4 stars for a shower headset, which has traces of serious exploitation (in places there are no buttons, or they do not work properly) and greatly reduces the presentability of this institution. I recommend.

I was on a weekday, at lunch, I was lucky enough to relax alone. The only thing I didn't like was the Jacuzzi, which is deep, and you're just standing there, there's nothing to sit on, and with my height, it's just like that. Otherwise, everything is fine, the towel was given out, cleaned and clean.

A pleasant SPA area, everything is clean and cozy. Towels and bathrobes were provided. Comfortable changing rooms and shower areas. There is a hairdryer in the changing rooms.
Among the disadvantages: uncomfortable service at the reception, did not answer your questions.

Very convenient location! Everything is nearby: a water park, a center, a McDuck, cinemas, a circus, a museum and a bunch of other things! Cafes, shops. But if you are on 🚗. Within walking distance of a beautiful beach, cafe "Shashly Dvor". The only drawback is the frequent banquets and weddings. But, again, it depends on which number you get. We had number 2: smoking and screaming people were hanging out under the windows (floor-to-ceiling windows).

They gave me an aquazone certificate for two for 2 hours.
We signed up for the right date with a guy, came to a beautiful place, a nice girl met us at the reception, explained everything, showed everything.
I liked the place itself, we were in the spa with a guy and 1 couple more, the pool is not deep, it pleased me, because I myself am only 160cm and I could stand in the pool, for someone it's a minus for me it's a +, because I don't really know how to swim.
We also liked the font with a geyser, as well as the sauna.
But the hamam disappointed me, although I had big plans for it.
For the first time, I wanted to learn the oriental culture of vaping and compare it with a sauna, because I can't stand it for a long time in a sauna, and everything is much easier in a hamam, as far as I learned from the Internet and wanted to check for myself, but unfortunately we managed to get into the hamam only 1 time, and after that it simply began to cool down, and then and it stopped working at all, it was a little disappointing, because I wanted to use it more because it was part of the service.

A good place for a wedding, even a small one. Nice cover band, disco. Adequate staff, normal food, except for the hard loin. It is comfortable for the young that there is an opportunity to stay in the room overnight. The disadvantage is that we were not warned in advance that you cannot use a microphone in our hall and play your music during the day. I had to pay the sound engineer for the reservation and get nervous.

A fairly large swimming pool with a hammam and sauna. We returned from the tour at 11 pm, ordered a pool for an hour for two from 12 to one for only 60 Belarusian rubles. Great - no one bothers, I don't want to swim! On weekends, the load is higher, but on weekdays everything is very good.

please monitor the guests from the hotel visiting the aqua zone, there were clearly more people than expected to accommodate for a comfortable stay for everyone.

Guys, this is a super hotel. On the shore of the lake, on the edge of the forest, parking, spa, 7 restaurants and a summer playground. We lived for 4 days and really liked it. We went swimming on the lake. The rooms are excellent, clean, well renovated, cleaned every day. You can pay with a Russian Mir card.

The hotel is super!!! The room is very cozy, it reminded me of a hotel in Bangkok. 250 BYN is a day in a cozy double room + breakfast for two (scrambled eggs with bacon, two sandwiches with red fish, coffee with a piece of apple pie and a glass of juice) + swimming pool. Bike rental is free of charge. In general, it's a thrill!!!
