A great hotel with great staff. I'll tell you how the staff reacted to our problem. Our flight was postponed for a day, it was impossible to extend the room and there were no available rooms. We are with a small child, it is difficult to leave the room and move to another hotel, so we still need to find a free room and preferably not far away. I asked the administrator to at least give me the opportunity to leave not at 12:00, but at 14:00. The administration allowed it! Then they helped with the search for acceptable options in the city. As a result, while we were packing, they not only found a room for us in the same hotel, but also solved the issue so that we could stay in our room without moving to another one. Many thanks to the hotel administration and especially to Arthur, who helped us. I couldn't tip him, I'm sorry, I'm ashamed. I highly recommend this hotel.

A magnificent hotel, with a pleasant and courteous staff, I was pleasantly surprised by the service. If you order food in the room, they work around the clock, the portions are large. It's a good spa, but I'm just not an amateur, but I appreciated the surroundings and tried it. Breakfasts for 5, I would add positions, but in general everything is delicious. A small selection of food, a shortage of plates and free tables - The impossibility of early check-in, even for an additional fee. Although we had warned in advance that we would arrive early in the morning, we were not offered to pay extra and check in immediately, so we had to spend several hours in the lobby. A wonderful hotel. An individual sauna (or hammam) with a swimming pool, it's not a problem to sign up. The Deluxe room is very spacious and comfortable. There is a very tasty red fish for breakfast, I haven't tried it for a long time! And in general it is very satisfying, varied and delicious. When booking any room, a free sightseeing tour of Yerevan is included (in a black Mercedes😃). From the roof of the hotel there is a view of Mount Ararat. The design of the hotel deserves special attention: everything is as new and stylish as possible: marble, bas-reliefs, carpets. Special thanks to the administrator named Varouj and all the staff for their hospitality, kindness and willingness to help. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. We arrived at 2 a.m., phoned the hotel about early check-in, but there were no rooms available. We were offered a place in the spa where we can take a shower and relax. After reaching the city, we went for a walk through Yerevan at night and arrived at the hotel only in the morning. We kindly declined a place to rest, but we gladly accepted the offer to leave our things and have breakfast. Such a warm welcome is beyond praise! Otherwise, everything is already described in the reviews and can be seen in the photo. Nice clean rooms, no extraneous noises and smells, excellent nutritious breakfast and real Armenian hospitality. It is well located, 15-20 minutes on foot from Republic Square, quiet streets, near a good inexpensive kebab shop)) Excursions can be booked right at the hotel. We took one, plus a small overview was included in the price. Everything is as I like it: the historical part is brief in fact, but there is a lot of sincere communication with an extremely pleasant guide named Artak. I strongly recommend the hotel!

We give the hotel 3 strong stars. In my opinion, it does not pull for more. The hotel is very tired, stains on the walls, carpets. A leaky shower, a creaking cabin door, a heated towel rail that does not work, towels with holes, bathrobes with torn hinges. And the most important thing is disgusting (!) Internet in the room! It connects briefly and disconnects quickly, it is impossible to use. It works only in the reception area and in the restaurant. By the way, about the latter)) I've seen reviews about red fish, a wonderful variety of breakfasts.. forget it) the breakfasts are meager, there is little variety - vegetable salad, stewed vegetables, sausages, omelette (out of 4 days we caught only once, the rest of the time it was empty), buckwheat, fried chicken / meatballs. Chopped tomatoes / peppers, several types of purchased pastries such as muffins and rolls, one type of porridge. In general, the food is mediocre, without frills. The lights in the area are periodically turned off) this is generally some kind of joke, suddenly the electricity in the hotel just goes out. So we found ourselves without a sauna planned in advance on the eve of departure, with empty phones and no Internet. The location of the hotel is far from the center, but relatively close to the Dalma shopping center, the children's railway (an atmospheric place to visit), the Armenian Genocide Museum and the Ararat brandy factory. But the feeling that you are in an industrial zone does not leave) there are only hospitals around (from 4 sides, if you are not very lucky, like us, blue flashing lights will shine through the windows at night), and the Conde area, through which you have to pass if you walk to the center, resembles favelas and slums (but here on an amateur, it seemed to us a rather colorful and interesting place, with a history). Taxi drivers constantly strive to bring the wrong place, they do not know this hotel. The staff is friendly and friendly. A pleasant welcome area on the ground floor with calm music, stable Internet and upholstered chairs. In summary, I would not stay at this hotel again. For the same money, you can find better options.

The price category is slightly higher than the standard. Spacious, clean. There are bathrobes, a dental kit, shampoo, etc. There is a refrigerator in the room. The main thing is warmth ! It's winter in Yerevan! The hotel is located in the central part. The sights are within walking distance. And who doesn 't like to go to Yandex taxi for about 100 rubles - it's almost free 🚕 We walked a lot. We arrived with our daughter (20 years old) . And we enjoyed the beauty of Yerevan . Including shopping (not far from Dalma Mall) We were very lucky - upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by a smiling, hospitable receptionist Varouj. There are legends about his hospitality. He immediately took me to my room and took my things . He showed me everything. I asked what else I needed. How can it help. And all the accommodation - he constantly helped us . The Grace Forum Hotel has 4 well-deserved stars. But the Fifth Star is the person who greets the guests . This is a kind Varouge, with his always smiling face and willingness to help! My daughter and I spent 5 wonderful days in Yerevan. The weather was pleasant. I advise you to visit the Grillian restaurant. We ordered a great steering wheel there. We went to Lahmajo's house - it's delicious! By the way, the Yerevan City market is located next to the hotel. Every day they bought fresh Fruit (pomegranate, orange, pineapple) and pomegranate seeds in a cup. Everything is fresh and not expensive ( from 100 rubles ) At the Grace Hotel, each guest can use the swimming pool and sauna for free upon check-in. Of course, we swam and warmed up for an hour every evening. Individually, the pool and hammam are just for us The breakfasts at the hotel are also wonderful. I want to note that there is a second one ( for example, chicken with a side dish ) . There is also a wonderful freshly salted fish, which we wrapped in the freshest Armenian lavash with cucumber. Mmm - delicious . Also - great pancakes with apricot jam - just a cannon👌Respect to the cook. By the way - there is room service, food will be brought to the menu around the clock. The prices are reasonable. They took khachapuri in Adjarian style, cream soup. Wonderful mountain tea , oriental coffee - just sooo delicious . And the wine is Armenian 👌 The room is cleaned daily. The supply of water was replenished The beds are comfortable, safe. Lots of outlets . Beautiful lighting . Everything worked like clockwork . The entire hotel staff is very friendly. And another bonus is a free sightseeing tour from the hotel in a Mercedes minivan with an Artak. Thank him very much for that. We went on an excursion and a couple more. So it turned out almost individually . In an hour , we learned a lot of interesting things by car . Yerevan is remembered as a very hospitable city. Not expensive enough . And at the same time , everything is very tasty . Everyone speaks Russian. I would like to express my gratitude to the Grace Forum Hotel in Yerevan! Excellent staff! I booked a hotel in April (!) through booking.com . On the day of arrival, the administrator, Edward, apparently did not like my Russian passport. He refused to put me in a room, was rude and threatened, said that I, a woman twice his age, would not leave Armenia alive. I had to just run for my life and call customer support in the middle of the night and look for a new, more expensive hotel. And Edward continued to write and call with threats for another two hours! I do not recommend this inadequate hotel to anyone! It is located on the highway and, apparently, is rented daily to certain categories of the population. Do you think at least one of Edward's bosses called or texted me? Of course not. Shame.

The only thing would be a softer mattress, but this is again for an amateur, my husband and I just like softer mattresses, and it was good to sleep that way. The whole hotel is very clean. The pool and sauna are a nice addition) Delicious breakfasts, ordered lunch in the room according to the menu, everything is very tasty. We are happy with both the hotel and Armenia! Very hearty breakfasts, even too hearty On the day of check-in, before leaving Yerevan, there was an accident at an electrical substation in the city and some areas of Yerevan were without electricity. I had to get a little nervous because we arrived late and had to pack up, pack up, and there was no way to check in because the computers at the hotel were not working. And, as we understood, as some kind of compensation for the inconvenience, we were settled in a more expensive room, at the same time, we did it without unnecessary scraping and other unnecessary tinsel, for which special thanks to the hotel staff!
