Great gym. I really like the gym, especially I want to emphasize the group stretching classes. Asema is an excellent stretching coach. She doesn't just teach classes, she explains each exercise and which zones work, and gives nutrition tips. Thanks to the classes and her advice, my body tightened and I felt better. She is a coach with a capital letter!

The fitness center left a good impression. Clean, modern equipment, polite staff and always ready to help. The halls are spacious, and even during rush hours it is not too crowded. Convenient location and pleasant atmosphere for training. Overall, I am pleased with the visit.

Nice gym, renovated after renovation. Two saunas, one pool +-18m, good water, excellent trainers. Saunas are also good, but they forbid pouring water.
