At first, they did not believe the bad reviews here, but everything turned out to be true (Terrible service, support does not respond at all, they just read and ignore the messages. The order was 50 minutes late, no one warned us about it and responded to messages accordingly, too. The rolls themselves are of good quality, undoubtedly, they do not fall apart, they are large and fresh, but they all taste very similar, most likely a large amount of cream cheese interrupts everything, one cannot distinguish one from another in life. It's not worth your money for sure, because you expect top-level service, but you get a ruined evening (

It doesn't taste terrible! Ordered earlier-I liked it. It was my birthday on May 29th and I ordered 5 servings. It's tasteless to say nothing. It's just impossible to eat. Both I and the guests couldn't eat it. Crab roll and mango scallop are generally terrible! We tried rolls in very different restaurants, including the simple and premium categories. The most terrible ones are here! Dear Space!You better not take the size, but the quality! And yes, your feedback doesn't speak super politely. And with the message: "Thank you, we will take it into account, but we should have talked about it earlier, and not 4 days later." We don't expect anything more from you, we're not going to order from you and we don't advise anyone!

I ordered delivery via phone, we made out at home through Yandex service. As a result, neither money nor food, the support service did not figure out the word at all, the money is not returned. The quality of service is disgusting! I will never order anything here again
