On December 20, 2024, we traveled with the Spadchin company on the Moscow in the Christmas Glow tour. Thanks to the excellent organization of the trip and the erudite, attentive guide Tatiana, we had unforgettable impressions of Moscow and its surroundings. A sightseeing tour of New Year's Moscow was organized for tourists, and everyone was very enthusiastic about its festive decorations. We visited the cable car, at an altitude of 70 m, admired the skyscrapers of the city. In the evening, we took an exciting walk along the Moskva River on the icebreaker yacht of the Radisson flotilla.
On the second day, our trip began with a visit to the Tsaritsyno Estate Museum. And then we visited the largest exhibition complex of VDNH, which is a real epicenter of festivities, fairs and exhibitions. Many thanks to Svetlana Fyodorovna and the drivers for the comfortable escort throughout the tour, we will be glad to travel with the Spadchina company again.

We went from this travel agency to Matronushka. The tour consisted of three locations... Matronushka, Red Square and the Museum of 1418 steps to Victory. There are a lot of impressions. Tired, but the fatigue is pleasant, we were taken to Vitebsk. I would like to say a big thank you to Svetlana for the time spent with us, a pleasant woman who accompanied us the whole trip. We are waiting for new excursions from Spadchyna💜

I went on an excursion to Matronushka. I received a lot of indelible impressions. I'm just delighted with the trip!!! I highly recommend it to everyone, especially with kids!!!!

I left an expensive watch on the bus. I tried to find out from them. They ignored it for a very long time. Two days later, we only looked at them on the bus, they said that they were not there. Of course there won't be any more. I wrote them that: "what I was counting on, will they be returned?" He implied that both the driver and someone else could have picked them up. After 10 seconds, the operator immediately called me and started talking angrily and insulting me. Very bad sediment. It would be good if
the UPD were sorted out. A month later, the driver called me, started threatening me, called me "flawed." I didn't listen to the rest, I dropped it, I blocked it. I do not advise you to contact this company in any way. I'll think about complaining to the RPN

Thank you very much for the comfortable bus, polite and attentive drivers and masterful driving. We were traveling from Moscow to Vitebsk, we forgot our phone on the bus, made a couple of calls to the office to clarify how to return it, and the phone was returned. Thank you for your responsiveness.

This is the second time in a short time that we use the services of a travel agency. The first time we drove, the stove works in such a way that it burns our feet, as we drove in the bathhouse. When asked to turn it off, the drivers turned it off, but they still turned it on all the time. All the passengers were driving wet because of the way the stove was working. This is not the normal operation of the stove, it turns out that the bus was not working properly! The second trip, they put drunks on the bus, WHICH IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! It's just a HORROR, you go feeling all this fragrance from them. For two trips, no advantages were found, from the word at all! Well, if only that the bus is half empty and there are seats. Now I understand why they always have seats on the bus, but two other agencies that also let the Moscow-Vitebsk-Moscow bus buy seats only if you have time!

I have used the services of spadchyna more than once and have constantly lived together.
But the last trip was generally terrible, throughout the entire trip the driver could not turn on the stove, it was so cold that alloys could not convey.
I made a conclusion for myself that it is better to pay 10 rubles more and take the train

I was traveling on their bus from Vitebsk to Moscow and I want to say the following: a bus with cruel seats, the driver makes only 2 sanitary stops, although according to the rules he is obliged to stop every 2:30 hours, and we arrived in Moscow without even being woken up. I do not recommend this company as a carrier, and there were no outlets to damage the phone
