I tried to call the phone number and waited for the 3rd in line to the first one for 10 minutes, and also waited for the operator's response for the next 20 minutes without waiting for the balance on the mobile phone account to end. As a result, I spent an amount equal to \ more than the amount of the delivery itself for trying to get through. I will no longer use the services provided by this company. I do not recommend contacting them if you value your nerves. We could not deliver the box for a period from April 5th to April 19th from Almaty to Aktau, while any other transport company carries out deliveries from 2 to 7 days.
