It's like a childhood dream. There are several cash registers in the store, the sales girls are efficient and intelligent, but you can still end up in line. The choice is huge, the eyes are running away. All products are fresh (in the Spartak brand store in another city, the candies were not so fresh). There is a small cafe in the store where you can drink tea or coffee. In general, it's a great store with very tasty dishes.

The sellers are not efficient, there is no queue of three people for them, one serves, two turn away and sort something out. We saw a transparent round box of chocolates with tubes spilling onto the floor at the seller's place. The seller waited until her customers left, collected the candies from the floor into a box and put them on the shelf with other candies. Someone will buy these candies, but they are not potatoes.

The store is cool, but there are disadvantages... Due to the large flow of customers, especially before the holidays, there are a lot of people... and you can stand in line for half an hour quietly. The products are great. I think it would be a good idea for the management to analyze the load on the days of the "influx" of customers and add cashiers on these days so that the speed of service increases and people do not leave because of the long queue. Also, judging by the indignation of customers, it would be nice to analyze the demand for certain products these days in order to increase the production of these products. Perhaps everything is being done the way it should be, so that other products can be sold, but a queue of half an hour for cakes is too much.
