Хотел заказать автокран. В видах автокранов не разбираюсь, поэтому подробно описал задачу — вес паллетов и расстояние, на которое нужно перенести с фуры. Вместо конкретного решения начали уточнять, «какой нужен». Я объяснил, что не знаю технических нюансов и рассчитывал на помощь специалистов. Сказали, что ответят позже — и уже неделя тишины. В итоге заказал через другую компанию, всё сделали без проблем.
