I called the organization stirko.by (washing machine repair) she explained that the washing machine was not working (there was no electricity), asked for the maximum repair cost) I was offered diagnostics for 35 rubles (I asked if the master would open the door in the washing machine for me for this cost, the answer was no problem)
the result was that the master arrived, as it turned out, the cost was even higher than on the phone, I tell me to open the door and I won't repair it, so the master asked if I had a tight fishing line at home-I don't understand-did the master even know where he was going? Did he know that he would have to open the washing machine door? since we didn't have a fishing line, he said that then the opening would cost 100 rubles..... I wonder where you get these prices from anyway? From the air? Did you come here so that I could just look at you? I do not recommend organizing 1) the prices on the phone do not match 2) the master goes to the call, knows that he will open the doors of the washing machine and does not take the tools that he needs for this

The machine stopped working, I contacted this service, I was very satisfied:
- an understandable conversation with the master (voiced the possible causes of the breakdown and repair prices for each of the cases)
- mandatory (the master arrived on time, as agreed)
- quick diagnosis
- quick repair (the master had the spare part in stock, I don't know if I was lucky or if this is a normal practice)
- cost (after the repair, I compared prices with competitors, they turned out to be more expensive)
I applied here based on a recommendation, and now I'm ready to recommend it myself.
