It is very inconvenient that this is the only place in the city. They don't want to make several service points in different areas of the city. Everything is NOT for the convenience of people. And inside this service center, everything is so shabby, worn, stale, untidy, everything is so poor that it's just unpleasant to be there. There is not even an elementary sanitary condition in the toilet - soap. They are rowing such money from the population , but they are sorry to spend it on service centers. The maintenance staff should be more polite.
