There is an underground parking lot under the Spectrum shopping center almost on the entire area, almost always after the rain this parking lot is flooded. The exploited roof leaks, creating a real threat to the lives of citizens passing there, especially in the area of the pizzeria do do Pizza and BergerKing. It is possible both to be electrocuted on the site as it pours directly on the switches and electric sockets and this can reach the top of the pedestrian zone and the summer cafe, as well as the collapse of the structure since water is already flowing with rust and this is the nature of corrosion of the structure. The management of the Spectrum shopping center does not care about the safety of citizens and their lives, as well as the Pervomaisky district Administration, Energonadzor, the Minsk City Executive Committee, the Prosecutor's Office and the Presidential Administration - and these are the organizations where I applied for a solution to the problem. Be careful, take care of your lives and your loved ones.
