Great service, wonderful atmosphere but the food was something unexpected. I will not come back for about a year to let them fix real Italian food style.

The place is not cheap, a restaurant, but a cafe. The salad was very tasty, the avocado is ripe. But here's the meat... We ordered stewed veal ribs. The calf was old, the meat tasted; also, in addition to the ribs, there were areas of brisket where there were solid films, something that is usually cut off and not eaten. The other beef, with cream sauce, was tough. The child was ordered mashed potatoes, it was with lumps...

We visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday. We liked everything very much. The music sounds unobtrusive, the interior is pleasant, the staff are masters of their craft. We were served by Aidos. He helped us choose a pizza and a drink, while talking to us very politely and tactfully. We are delighted and of course recommend that you definitely visit this place!

On 07/28/24 we visited this institution. We ordered arrosto and stewed veal ribs. Arrosto, by the way, is baked veal. The meat is tough. The ribs brought not only that the appearance does not cause appetite, but the veal is far from young. The price tag of the establishment is not the lowest, for such money I would like to receive both gastronomic pleasure and aesthetic pleasure from the type of dishes.

A very pleasant atmosphere, but the most important thing is probably in such establishments that everything is very tasty. And of course, a beautiful pitch. The waiters are polite and what was nice was saying exactly how long it would take to serve a particular dish. Thank you I liked it!

Знают все, рассказывают все детально, обслуживают быстро, чуткие. Еда очень вкусная. Готовят очень вкусно. В заведении тихо, уютно, освещение классно, ламповое. Для свиданий в самый раз.

Изумительно вкусная еда! Каждый раз, когда бываем в Караганде, обязательно там стараемся пообедать или поужинать. Отличнейший сервис, приятная атмосфера. И, вот не надоедает туда приезжать каждый раз

По-моему, Специя - один из лучших ресторанов в Караганде. Отличная итальянская кухня, пицца - просто объедение, какую не возьми.
Обслуживание также на высшем уровне. Бывают огрехи (в среду принесли сразу два курса, хотя при заказе попросил по порядку), но надеюсь, это поправимо.
Рекомендую изо всех сил))

Очень приятное место. Всё очень вкусно. Брали и пиццу и пасту, как истинные итальянцы. В меню нет, но в наличии прекрасный сорбет. Красивый интерьер. Приятный персонал.

Отличная пицца, шикарное обслуживание и атмосфера. Уже по меню видно заботу о деталях :) Авторские чаи приятные. Порции достаточно большие.

Ресторан слабенький. Итальянцы особо не богатый народ. Блюдо подают в больших тарелках делают вид что еды много. Афициант добрый но стоит рядом и поговорить тет на тет не возможно. Интерьер приятный. Пицы много пробовал в других ресторанах ,но в этом ресторане она меня не вдохновила.

После ребрендинг стало хуже, и ценник который изменился ровно в 2 раза, не самое худшее. Сервис, за который они сейчас тоже стали писать в чек, испортился. Официанту абсолютно все равно в какой последовательности принести блюдо, салат после второго, десерт до супа. Громкая музыка и не итальянская. Объем блюда явно стал экономным. Какие-то фонарики, авокадики на салфетка... это был стильный итальянский ресторан, сейобщем, чем пытаться повторить или улучшить старое, лучше заняться новым или продолжить заниматься тем что выходит выше похвал, печь пироги.

Были в этом чудесном месте. Всё вкусно и шикарно. Справляли важное мероприятие, сумма на 9 человек вышла около 170 тыс вместе с арендой вип комнаты
