I wouldn't call it a full-fledged karaoke bar-it's a small bar with the opportunity to sing karaoke. The staff is very attentive, good-natured, responsible, I forgot my things, almost got into a taxi, they caught up with me and returned my things. The incendiary presenter energized us all, created an atmosphere as if everyone in karaoke had known each other for a long time. Cool hookah and very tasty draniki! Let's come back again!

I decided to celebrate my birthday, the danglm establishment offered me a VIP room with a deposit, I agreed without any problems. When I arrived, I was very upset, never take a VIP room, it's just a kennel where there is not even banal lighting, all the lighting is two children's flashlights aimed at the disco ball, there is no more lighting, we had to turn on the flashlights on the phone to make an order, the room is as small as possible and does not even close normally. At the expense of the staff, the hookah maker mixed up the orders and made all 3 wrong hookahs, I do not know how it could have been done. We waited 50 minutes for the hookah, considering that the place was empty, we were the only visitors. And for the first hour and a half we sat in silence because the TV in our room was not only broken, but also the speaker was broken . The food is the same, the order was delivered in 55 minutes, given the fact that we are the only visitors . The atmosphere is terrible because almost everywhere there are bare bricks that scratch , there is simply no toilet seat in the toilet , this is the first time I see this in a cafe . We spent 4 hours there and when we left, only 2 tables were occupied in the establishment, and it's Saturday evening around 21-22 hours . I highly do not recommend this place and would remove it from the Mint franchise.

We came to sing and relax, but we were completely banned and annoyed: There were 3 checks for 5 people, we were seated at the same table. At the same time, I wanted to sit separately (at the bar or at the table), but all the tables turned out to be "booked" — as a result, they remained free until the end of the evening. When they asked to allow additional songs (after all, there were 3 receipts for 5 people), they were refused. Our arguments that we pay separately and want to sing separately were refused, citing the "rules of the institution" (there was nothing like that on the menu or on the rules stand). The fraud in the receipt is what I remember most of all. During the calculation, they "forgot" that the deposit for 3 checks was paid immediately and the deposit for 2 people was included in the final bill. To all the guests, check the receipts! If you want to ruin the evening, come here. Otherwise, avoid it.

The same applies when ordering a hookah . In an hour , no one even came up and changed the coals , just like when they ordered a hookah . They said they should have done it, and it's not surprising that they didn't do it the way they asked. All we had to do was sit for an hour and leave right away . It's terrible.

There is a place near the entrance that looks like a stage for performances - only its peculiarity is that it resembles a soft sofa that goes half into the wall. So that's where the company of four men settled down. And what do you think they were drinking? Beer, just beer, what else. It felt like a company had gathered at the entrance on a bench to have a cold drink. The glasses were placed on a hill near the next table - I think they liked it. The most violent one spilled the whole glass near the stage during the performance of the song - at least it didn't hit anyone. The other began to put his feet on the couch where they were sitting (add to this the ice outside the window). After that, there was no desire to be there. Have the owners thought about hiring security for such cases? And the presenter is also doing well: she is also an administrator, which is why there were often delays between songs. And sometimes, when she was almost fully seated, she decided to sing herself - nothing, the customers would wait. The initial impression was completely spoiled by drunken guests - in an institution, first of all, you want to relax, but how do you do it when drunks are splashing beer all over the dance floor a couple of meters away from you? And in the end, he even put an empty glass on our table - well, it was almost empty already. We took the glass away and left the place. There is no desire to appear here anymore

The deposit per person is 35 rubles, hookah is not included in it. The menu is meager, the hookah is so-so... I don't understand at all how Mint could launch its dot to such a state.
