I stayed at the hotel in the spring of 2023. The choice of rooms from hotel to hostel type at a reasonable price. The staff is polite, the rooms are clean, and the renovation is decent. Good bed linen and towels.
The room service is very good, I spent the night comfortably and was satisfied.
It is advisable to book in advance.

A good, good-quality hotel in the center for a very modest fee. We lived in a two-room suite with a living room and a bedroom. There was also a folding sofa in the living room. There is a lot of space, a large shower room. Excellent sound insulation, you can't hear anything from the street, from the corridor and from the neighboring rooms. The only thing that seemed strange was a break at the reception, during which you can check in, but payment is only in cash, and you need to leave your passports, or wait until the end of the break.

The location is super advantageous: near the metro, there are many cafes with a kitchen for every taste and a million coffee shops, supermarkets, a 24-hour pharmacy. The room is very spacious. The staff is polite. Of the cons: the refrigerator was noisy, like a runway)

A great hotel for your money. The budget triple and double rooms have a refrigerator and a TV. The toilet stalls are closed, the plumbing is new. The shared shower consists of 4 "standing" showers and there are watering cans for them. A group of 39 people spent the night with us, there was no pandemonium and no queues either

The very idea of the hotel failed, if you don't try too hard: it seems that you pay for a hotel while the service is at zero - not replacing towels, not much cleaning, even the bed linen will have to be made yourself, despite the fact that each floor has its own cleaner. Please note that there are more rooms without amenities.

Great hostel! Everything is decent, neat, absolutely adequate price tags! There are different forms of accommodation - rooms with a toilet in the room itself, there is a room with 2 rooms, there are rooms where the shower / toilet is shared, all rooms have TVs, mini/refrigerators, there is a shared Kitchen. A great budget option for living. If you have nowhere to accommodate guests, you will always be welcome here, the staff is super, helpful, polite.
I would even call it a hotel, not a hostel. Super! I recommend.

The hotel is a setup. Lived there several times for work. Always checking out, I booked for the next trip. But one day, when I came to check in, I found out that they didn't see any reservations for me and there were no rooms available. It's very ugly. I had to look for a new state employee all day. Don't set foot there again.

It was 13-14.08.2022. It so happened that it was necessary to "only spend the night" with a family of three adults. The trip is spontaneous. It's a day off, the prices for rented housing are appropriate (the one that is still available). After repeated attempts, we came across this hotel. The room was without amenities, shower/toilet in the hallway. Clean bed linen, wide beds. There is a small closed parking lot in the courtyard. Good location. I think it is quite an acceptable option to "spend the night" without unnecessary overpayments. I almost forgot! Friendly staff! At least the one who served us - from the reception to the security...

Like a hostel, shower and toilet on the floor, towels are not allowed, you make the linen yourself. It may not be expensive for the center of Minsk, but for these conditions it is so-so. We were on cars, so we moved the next night to a cozy hotel on the outskirts of the city.
