I have worked in this sanatorium since 1983 for 22 years, for me it was like a home, I lived and worked there, because I gave my apartment in Minsk to my wife (Matskevich Leokadia Konstantinovna), her children lived there. It was a whole complex of three sanatoriums, a Dream (from the Minsk motor plant), a Builder (construction trust), an Agate (in the 90s it was abandoned, I worked there as a watchman), a greenhouse (and I was on duty in it daily, controlled the operation of equipment), a boiler room, a staff house (later a sauna). In 2011, the sanatorium was sold to the representative office of Verso M LLC (Russian Federation), in fact, since that year it has become abandoned. On 03.12.2018, the legal entity - representative office of Verso M LLC was liquidated.

A nice, not expensive hotel, with clean rooms.
The only thing I don't like is a small stretch of road at the entrance to the hotel!
