But the most interesting thing is that no one offered me compensation. Only the administrator came up to me from the staff to talk, but he does not deal with such issues, asked him for a meeting with the management, he left, then returned with an answer – something like the management has important things to do and you don't care at all, figure it out for yourself.. That was the end of my stay at the complex, I decided to go to another hotel, fortunately, the staff helped me pack my things and book a room, for this I am grateful to them, and I still have questions for the management ...
