We visited the pool with my spouse. I didn't like the visit: the locker rooms are inconveniently located, because when someone comes in from the hallway, everything is visible. The shower heads and faucets are not all working, they are rusty and covered with plaque. In a man's shower, almost all souls don't work. There's a draft in the pool, it's cold. I didn't have a shower cap when I visited, but it wasn't stated anywhere that it was required, and there was no place to buy it (the staff offered a used hat that people had forgotten), I refused to wear it because it was someone else's and I have long hair, which not every hat fits. It will do. Then they said they wouldn't let me into the pool. Then we went to the cashier to refund the money, because the visit did not take place. The cashier did not immediately return them. At that time, the medic and the coach came, probably because there are no badges on the personal channel and it is not clear who you are communicating with. These doctors and coaches tried to make us feel guilty in this situation so that we wouldn't get the money back. The cashier returned the money with displeasure, saying, "I'll pay with my own." You can't buy a hat, because the staff indignantly said: "We are not a store." Although there is such an opportunity in other pools. The staff doesn't appreciate the customers, because they said, "If you don't like it, you don't have to come. We won't be sad to lose people like you." It was said in front of all the people in the pool. The cloakroom attendant also wanted to participate in our situation with the cashier, sitting in the cloakroom and calling herself the administrator. We do not recommend visiting this pool to anyone!!! The USSR lingered here, both in the premises and in the staff.
