I'm not an athlete. Everything is clean and beautiful inside, the staff is kind. I was treating my knee. I took a course of physical therapy to Olga Sergeevna, I recommend an excellent trainer /rehabilitologist. There was also a course of prp plasma, everything was perfectly worked out quickly and did not hurt. The doctors are at a high level, they explain it in very clear language. The administrators are nice and sweet. There are also disadvantages, there is no information resource for making an online appointment with a specialist, everything is over the phone.

Sportlab is the capital's center for sports medicine and rehabilitation. Most of the specialists in this clinic came from the RNPC of Sports and have extensive practical experience in restoring both athletes and ordinary people after injuries and operations for prosthetics of large joints.
Here, by appointment, you can get advice from a traumatologist, neurologist, chiropractor, and your recovery will be directly handled by a physical rehabilitation instructor (coach) in one of the three gyms. Physical therapy classes are held only in a group format, there is a necessary minimum of exercise equipment and other means for recovery and rehabilitation.
The standard set of procedures in SportLab includes shock wave therapy, intra-articular injections (hyaluronic acid, plasma therapy - PRP), massage and kinesiotaping.
The rehabilitation center is located a 15-minute walk from the Chelyuskintsev Park metro station, and you can also get there by trolleybuses from Nemiga or by tram from Yakuba Kolasa metro station. In addition, there is ample parking for patients by car and their accompanying persons.
This center has neither a website, nor a "glamorous" and hyped profile on social networks, but nevertheless there is always a complete record, and in the lobby on the walls there is a huge amount of thanks from athletes who have successfully recovered here.

The doctors are good. But the reception is a mess. I can get through to you for four days. No one will call back. My son comes to class and they tell him-oh, but there will be no class. But he's coming from far away. I can dial three times in an hour and no one will answer. It's also fashionable at the reception to wait until you're discharged. A lot of people? - hire two administrators. We don't do it for free

The administrator's communication with a potential client is at a disgustingly unacceptable level, although it would seem that the best specialists in their field are really gathered in the center. Glances from under my brows and communication with a client with food in his mouth, munching at the time of submitting information - I consider inappropriate. The desire to visit this place in the future disappears instantly, I convey a simple fact in working with clients: the administrator is the person that the client sees first of all, it is very important that this person both outwardly attracts with neatness and can express his thoughts as culturally and educationally as possible, even if in the case of any request from the client it is assumed administrator's refusal. It is equally important to observe the appropriate intonation during the dialogue and work hard to get out from under the workplace when there is a dialogue with the client. Also, it is worth distinguishing and informing that you need to work at the workplace at the level set by the specialists of this center - personal conversations with friends can be transferred from the workplace a couple of meters away, or is it something complicated and so strange?
And it is very strange that there was no blood pressure monitor in the center where athletes' health is restored. Another puncture and the indifference of the administrator?
And on the floor in the hall, it looked like they were crumbling cookies for a flock of birds.. hmm, oh yes, because the employee ate when communicating with the client, why should we be surprised at this?
That's how one employee can cross out all expectations and obvious efforts in creating this place, make a ton of stupid mistakes in his own work, for which he probably gets a good pay.
