Купил зимние ботинки Columbia за 14000 рублей. Не прошло двух месяцев подошва отклеилась. Пришел поменять по гарантии. Сказали подавайте претензию рассмотрим в течении 10 дней. Естественно ботинки надо оставить в магазине. На вопрос как мне ходить без зимней обуви зимой, ответили, что 10 дней надо потерпеть. И по другому ни как
