The policy of the Sportmaster regarding which product positions to exhibit is not at all clear to me. For example, nemiga mostly has only clothes, kulman has a huge number of buffs and hats, but not a single product of interest. I was looking for sleeping bags and travel mats. At the same time, it was the Sportsmaster's website that did not load from the word at all. It is not possible to find out the availability of a particular product. I called the Sportsmaster's contact phone number, the consultant not only could not tell me which sleeping bag to choose, the consultant could not even orient in which stores at least some sleeping bags are presented. Why not display fewer different products of the same type (for example, reduce the number of the same caps), but at the same time place at least a couple of examples of other types of goods? As a result, sleeping bags were found in a branch of the Expobel shopping center. At the same time, the consultant girl gave absolutely absurd advice on care, which betrays incompetence in such matters. In general, the store is expensive, and the service is about nothing.

Отличный магазин, хороший ассортимент. Приветливый персонал. Отдельно о сети спортмастер - вот просто молодцы, система скидок и дополнительных бонусов очень выгодна. Семью из 4 человек, где 2 взрослых и 2 маленьких детей спормастер одевает вполне качественно, удобно и недорого, за что ему большое спасибо!

Хороший магазин, только выбор, впрочем как в любом дискаунтере, хочется чтобы был побольше. Расположение удобное, персонал своё дело знает, хотя порой и приходится этот самый персонал подождать или поискать по магазину.

Сеть отличная, вещи качественные, разный ценовой диппазон. Отдельно о персонале именно этого магазина. За что им платят неясно. Их попросту нет, попросишь помощи стоят - решают кто пойдет. А как придет так не знает ничего, кроме того, что на этикетке написано, так я и сам почитать могу. Хотел велик купить, так стоял сам доставал из стойки, что бы посмотреть. Поехал в итоге в другой магазин. С одеждой так же, компетентность персонала на нуле. Лучше пол часа потратить на дорогу до другого магазина чем там стоять и ждать, пока кто соизволить с тобой побеседовать.
