A good store, a large selection of goods. The only thing I notice in every store of this chain is the "sluggish" workers at the checkout (as opposed to the workers in the sales area). Always queues, very slow service.

I will not be lazy and leave a review — just because the situation is unpleasant. 03.10.2025 I came to my favorite shoe store. At the checkout, the girl offered to buy the goods for the promotion, and then said that if I took a couple more things, I would receive bonuses. I politely declined, but instead of the usual payment, I received several minutes of obsessive attempts to "put the squeeze on" me so that "the check would be longer." In fact, they conditionally "didn't want to punch me" until I bought something extra. After several fruitless minutes, the seller nevertheless completed the purchase with obvious dissatisfaction. The sediment remained. There are no complaints against the cashier personally — it is clear that she was just following the plan. But there are questions for the company: is it really worth bringing it to the point where it becomes unpleasant for the buyer to simply make a purchase? It's a pity, I used to love this store. Now I'm unlikely to come back.

About the Sportmaster in general. The staff takes a very responsible approach to their business. Unfortunately, some products do not match the price=quality formula. These are the times. Exchange and refund without dancing with a tambourine. You need to make purchases consciously. Especially when there is a choice.
