We wanted to buy a bench press today. Before paying, the consultant said that the goods would be disassembled for our convenience. After the payment, another consultant was called in and he offered to take it out entirely, although we explained that it would not fit in the car. They reminded him about the showdown, he said he would come and left. It took more than 10 minutes, and no one came up. As a result, tired of waiting, they called a cargo taxi, which cost three times more than usual. We took the goods ourselves and carried them. We met a consultant who was engaged in other matters, and everyone safely forgot about us.No one even went to carry the goods to the car.The service is at zero, the staff is not interested in helping the customer. We are very disappointed.

I bought a Columbia autumn jacket at a Sportsmaster, counting on the brand's quality and durability. The jacket was expensive, so I expected it to last at least a few seasons. However, after a month of non—daily wear, tears and scuffs appeared on the fabric, especially in places where nothing should normally tear. I've never had this before with Columbia clothes — I've worn this brand's clothes for several years without any problems. It seems that the quality of this particular jacket does not match the original Columbia at all, perhaps a fake or just a very weak batch. I was disappointed with the purchase and did not expect this from a store that positions itself as a reliable sports retailer.
