It's a terrible island, with dirt everywhere, cockroaches, slop, and ducks. The food is very mediocre, the prices are too high. Taxi to the hotel in 15 minutes is 6000rubles, from the hotel to the northern airport in 40 minutes is 12000 rubles. The hotel room smelled musty, although the room was nice and faced the pool. We barely got used to it, but we were squeamish. But there are also advantages - excellent breakfasts. Luxurious. The staff is also normal. There's nothing to do on the island itself, they don't let anyone in, everything else is super expensive and boring. The island was frozen in the 90s… In principle, I do not recommend a vacation in Tenerife. Only if there's nowhere else to go. But even then, Turkey is better in the premium segment - at least admire the rest in the hotel and the service.

A great hotel for a holiday in the Canary Islands. Excellent cuisine, good service, clean rooms, attention to guests. During the three weeks of our stay, a couple of incidents happened: first, there was an overlap upon our arrival, in connection with which the administration asked us to spend one night in a suite at a nearby hotel, and after our arrival at Vulcano, the hotel provided us with free drinks in the restaurant as an apology for the "inconvenience" for the entire period of stay (three weeks full board); secondly, we somehow got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes, after which the administration apologized with a complimentary bottle of good brut and chocolates (a trifle, but nice, you must agree). There are many shops, the golden mile, restaurants and places for leisurely walks near the hotel. I would love to come back, I definitely recommend the hotel.

I had a rest in it, in December 2013. The location is great. It is located right in the "tourist circuit", close to shops, restaurants, cafes. The rooms are clean and quite cozy. Great view from the balcony. The kitchen is a solid "good". The staff tries their best, but only in two languages (English and Spanish). In general, I liked it)
