First, about the good things. The choice of bicycles is quite good, although it belongs to more expensive models. We consulted competently, although in the direction of very expensive models. But I was ready to buy it. I was also pleased with the installment plan from the store, although the need to pay for it not through ERIP, but through an "arbitrary payment" was very surprising. I am happy with the bike I bought so far (the season has passed) and there are no complaints about the purchase. Now about the bad stuff. After the purchase, it turned out that the model does not have a dropper suitable for frame mounting. Well, that is, it is physically impossible to adjust the fit for the height corresponding to the size of the frame. There are no droppers in the store at all, although there are different options on this model according to the manufacturer's website. Well... It's solvable, especially since I was missing literally a couple of cm. I wanted to change the leading star, because it costs 32 from the factory and this is not enough for our terrain. I called, they said, yes, everything is there, come on. I chose the time and arrived halfway through the city. We looked, they say, no, there are no stars. That's what I called the model on the phone. Well, maybe it would be suitable. In fact, there is only one (!) leading star in the store, and the one who spoke to me was too lazy to look out into the showroom and look at the bike standing there to find out if it looked like it or not. I came to the ONE that I was persuaded to pay for when buying a bike (60 rubles or something). Well, something turns on especially on a serviceable bike - to miss at a minimum, check how it switches, check the tightening in several places. I sincerely hoped to meet the deadline within a couple of hours at the most. Great, they say leave the bike, IT will take from 5 to 8 days, maybe a little less or more, we will call you. Then. Summary: the choice of bicycles is good and you can buy them if you have a desire to turn them yourself later (it's not difficult in general) or look for a workshop. the equipment and accessories are in a pretty serious overdrive, but they are purchasable and quite adequate, although the choice is very small. workshop, maintenance, spare parts - you can forget right away. I am sure that the people who work are quite skilled and experienced, but the organization and availability of something goes according to the class "it's easier to order and change from ozone yourself." I repeat, I am quite satisfied with the bike I bought myself and the financial conditions offered. But this is an option from the category of "I brought the money, bought the thing and get out of here."

It's probably a good store to buy a bike or spare parts, but the prices here are higher than the market average. but that's not the point, I gave my bike for maintenance and before that I decided to buy two tires and a replacement camera from them, I decided to use their package number 2. It includes disassembly and lubrication, and I also paid for the car wash. what I got in the end: I found out the full cost after the fact, plus in fact I was already informed about the elimination of other problems for an additional fee, the bike seemed to be clean if you didn't look closely, but only the most prominent parts of it, so this sink is not worth the money (I attach a photo). I don't know about disassembly and assembly, but no one even touched the steering column and saddle. There is also a question about value education! I changed the camera and the tire together and it turns out on the site 10 rubles, and in the end 20 rubles, because if you change the tire, you also have to get the camera, and this is plus 10 rubles. The most amazing thing is that I can agree that new elements were installed on one wheel, but the camera remained mine on the second. in the receipt, by the way, the cost was charged separately for each item. it turns out that it is illogical to indicate the price on the site of 10 rubles if in the end it will always be 20. I really shouldn't have left my bike with them. I was not satisfied with this service.

But upon arrival, they refused to look at it, they said that there was nothing to do, and in general the master was very busy. I'm really sorry for the wasted money. If you take a bike, choose what you like, regardless of the persuasions of the sellers. And don't take any additional services, IT's easier and cheaper to do it near your home than to drive a bike through half the city and get rejected. Reading the negative reviews about IT, I was glad that they didn't do anything at all. They could have made it worse)

I thought this was the peak of their skill, after applying oil to the transmission instead of paraffin and changing the tire unnecessarily (due to the heavy load). But it turned out that in 12 days at the service, the "master" did not get his hands on the rear bushing. On another service, I gave 65 rubles to have it lubricated (it was without oil at all). Upon completion of the service, the "master" of the sprint only recommended changing the drum. And all this for 170p, full price max package will be disassembled to the bolt, washed and put back together. In the meantime, you will not say that you are interested in the 3rd pack, the masters will not even look in your direction (2 years of experience). I recommend unloading this service so that it is easier for the craftsmen to work, and no harm has happened to you.

But they have a huge disadvantage that concerns the pre-sale preparation of the bike. The brake pad on the front wheel was squeezed so much that it cracked. The result is the replacement of the pads. The rest were not clamped at all and just hung out. There were eights on both rims. The steering wheel was not set to the level. The service block completely ruined the impression of buying in this store.

With a haughty look, I listened to the symptoms and without looking gave out a diagnosis, so much so that my hair began to move. It turned out that I needed to sort out the entire brake system, of course I would have to replace the brake fluid and something else. The man poured out clever terms and called an impressive amount that they would have to leave. Naturally, I did not use the services and just adjusted the brakes at home 10 minutes after watching the video on YouTube. Of course, I will never contact this store again and I do not advise you.
