We arrived 20 minutes before closing time, the employee was standing and talking on the phone, completely ignoring our presence, further.. when she hung up the phone, she started asking questions, "is it urgent for you, etc." Yes, it was critical for us to print these files that evening. As a result, an employee of the printing center gives us 1 printed file out of 5 and says that she needs to close the cash register, is the word customer orientation and reputation not familiar to this printing center? Too bad, the score is 0

The sad quality of the sticker printing. We ordered the printing of stickers to decorate wedding gifts. As a result, the dark green turned into black. They categorically refused to admit their mistake. There was no apology, nor any compensation.
In addition, 1 row of stickers fell off.
A spoiled mood is guaranteed.
Using the example of this printing house, you will see how poor-quality service, insufficient attention to detail and outstripping demand for money can lead to dissatisfaction and disappointment of customers.

There are no questions about the work of employees. There are questions about the print quality. It's terrible. We will have to correct their work in another printing center, because here color printing looks as cheap as possible, faded, color stripes from the printer are visible, and rectangles from the printer are visible in the light. Before that, I also applied here once, they printed it incorrectly, asked me to reprint it. In general, I definitely won't come anymore and I don't recommend it, although the location is convenient.
