I applied to the center to add 30 pages to the thesis and sew it into a folder. She looked nice, and said the job would take 20 minutes. I think it's okay, I'll wait. I came and took it away, after they told me the price was 52.7 rubles, I was a little taken aback, but I thought everything would be fine. In the evening, I come home and see, not only that, all the pages that were printed in the center have moved, but also a lot of paper has fallen out of the folder, the question follows, what did I pay the money for, especially since, as far as I know, everywhere the price ranges from 25 rubles to 35 rubles for this work. But I chose this center because it is close to home! I do not recommend contacting this institution!

I'm sure the center is good, but on the shift on June 9th there was a girl who didn't understand what I was demanding at all, I tell her that the text in the word has moved out, she doesn't listen to me and prints 10 sheets with the wrong text. I ask her to wait so I can check the text on my phone, but she was typing and she gave me 12 rubles for unnecessary sheets. Thanks for the unnecessary sheets. Of the 6 sheets I needed, I got only 3.

I left the printing center and was terribly angry, I came with a request to file a graduation project, if I hadn't told the girl a second before she punched my first graduation pages that the sheets were on the wrong side, the diploma would have been ruined, I would have to travel around the city of Minsk again in search of people who should Sign all this, after which she twisted it and made a second pair of holes. Please pay attention to the work of the staff, they do not have basic knowledge working in the printing center. It's a shame, I'm not going back there anymore.

We printed out an order for several pictures on thick paper. I paid, just walked out the door and saw that one of the pictures on the sheet was scratched. I came back in a minute later and asked to retype one picture. They retyped it for me and announced the price. I politely asked you to reprint it for free, since I didn't scratch the picture, and you also have a picture in the center that says "If you don't like the quality, we'll reprint it." In the end, the girl said that then you need to reprint the whole sheet for free, not just one photo. The questions arise as follows. I should have guessed that there were some rules about which work would be reprinted for free and which would not? Or did she want to make more money from my ignorance? As a result, the girl retyped, sighed languidly and pointedly remained silent to the phrases "Thank you, please, goodbye." Dear girl, if you read this, I didn't plan to swear, I just wanted you to explain to me what to do in this case. Please explain to employees how to interact with customers. I also didn't like that they didn't check if everything was in order before printing it out. As a result, the pictures came out a little brighter than I threw off the file. I don't recommend it, the quality of the photos is not the best. The girl who works there does not have basic photography skills. They printed out the flattened photos, referring to the fact that I have the wrong format, which she cannot convert correctly (the photos were taken on an iPhone). P.S. in the neighboring studio, they did this by pressing 2 buttons. Unfortunately, it's a waste of money.
