It's hard to find - the sign doesn't catch the eye (on the street). We accepted the order on Thursday, promised to do it in a couple of days and I can pick it up on Saturday (working hours). I call on Saturday, and they don't sleep a wink. The order was not transferred during the shift. They said Monday or Tuesday. And I needed it by Monday (I had an order for work). He caused a scandal over the phone. They called back and promised to do it by the end of Sunday. In the end, they did, they called. But upon arrival, I found an error in the order I made, I noticed that it was redone in my presence ..... Alas, not professionally......

I write to Telegram in advance to clarify the prices and order details, but I have to wait several hours for a response — sometimes up to 5-6 hours. At the same time, if you come to the printing center in person, the employees are out of work and immediately fulfill the order. The question arises: why is it so difficult to respond promptly in the messenger? Because of this, it is impossible to plan the time properly. I really hope that the service will be improved in terms of communication.

12/13/2025 I needed to print the certificates on special paper. I sent the files and paper clarifications at 5:05 p.m. in advance so that they could print them, and I came, paid, and left. I came to the printing department at 20:30, the employee said that there was no such paper, and she did not write this to me by telegram. Also, the certificates are not printed. As a result, the waiting time in the center took 20 minutes instead of 2 minutes, since after printing, the paper is still being cut to a4 format. The employee is a red-haired girl, I ask the management to have a conversation about informing by SMS IN ADVANCE, and not after the fact.

I've printed documents for work here 7-8 times - it's very difficult: I order online, write the same thing (I need printing in the same format), I come here and forgot about the folder, then they made a double-sided one instead of a one-sided one, the price is different (how does it even work?), etc. There are always new people who, apparently, are not being properly trained. I put 2 stars purely because at least after checking I got what I needed. The last time they even finished it off, I waited for a reply for 4 hours in telegram to receive it at 7 p.m. that they could not fulfill the order due to the high load! And for the remaining two hours (as usual, the printing centers work until 9), I have to urgently resolve the issue elsewhere. And in another place, they did everything right the first time. I'm tired, I don't want to come here anymore.

When I asked why, I was told that the colors always change when printing. Although they had done everything perfectly in another place earlier, and the colors matched. I ordered 200 photos, they didn't even explain that they were on incomprehensible paper and of poor quality for 0.68 kopecks per piece. In short, the disgusting attitude towards customers and service. I am writing this so that the management knows how the employees work at the reception. I won't go there anymore, and I don't recommend it to you.
