The attitude towards the customer is boorish , they do not respect subordination

Совсем стремный центр,заказал запчасть,сказали есть в наличии,я сказал чтобы оставили,завтра приеду заберу,т.к.я не с могилева,приезжаю в 9 утра,а они мне,мы продали эту запчасть,камуто срочно нужно было,приедь в 11часов, приезжаю опять нету запчасти, короче кое как забрал мой друг запчасть,т.к.у меня не было времени ждать.Они седят в метре друг от друга,тот кто принимает заказ и тот кто продает,а согласовать ничего не могут
