Thank you so much for the high-quality printed photos! A couple of days before the new year, they promptly printed more than 50 photos for me. I sent the photo to the post office (at the end of the working day) and explained via Viber what sizes I needed. Literally an hour later, they wrote back to me that the photos were ready and could be picked up! I picked it up the next day and was very satisfied. A nice girl at the center talked about other products that they can make and guided them on time and price, showed examples of work and explained all the nuances of the order.

Unfortunately, my experience in this photo studio was extremely negative. I came to take a photo, paid for it, but they didn't give me a check. The shooting process was very fast: the girl took only one photo and immediately went to the computer, without even offering me to see the result. I asked to see it myself, but the quality on the camera screen was not very good. When I received the finished photos in the mail, I was completely shocked by the quality — it was much worse than in an ordinary cheap workshop where I took photos last year. There was a feeling that the girl was not interested in her work and did not make any effort to take a high-quality photo. I am very disappointed, I will not come back here anymore

The girl openly shows her displeasure that someone came to her at all. She responds to "fuck off" and is not interested in work at all. Several times I was even deceived here, they attributed an extra 40 kopecks, although the price list was under my nose. After I made the comments, they stopped deceiving me. So it's better to double-check several times. And there is still such a moment that there is not enough understanding of the situation. One day, when it was my turn, the girl started retouching photos, immediately printing, minding her own business and did not pay any attention to me, did not even respond to my "hello". I would probably like to hear "hello, please wait 5-7 minutes" or how long they will need, or you can even ask what service I need :)
