The coffee shop menu was printed here, and I had to tinker with it. Special thanks to the girl Eva, she helped us reduce the size and make the optimal layout for our menu, advised us how to improve it and make it optimal for our guests. This is not the first time we have come here, although another printing center is closer to us. But we come here with pleasure. I came with my child to this photo center to take a photo for documents, which unfortunately could not be done. A girl was working that day, and I thought her name was Eva. It's not the most pleasant experience of communicating with her. When I arrived, I immediately informed them that I needed a photo for documents using a promo code from cream. The standard cost of their service is 16.50, and she announced it to me without taking into account the discount. I had to repeat that I had a promo code, I told them to send it to tg/viber without specifying their account specifically, it was also possible to show if they had their social networks written somewhere, no matter what I was looking for. The photo for the documents was supposed to be for the child, and when I said that the photo of the child, she was very surprised to say that they do not photograph such children (7 months) if the child is not sitting on a chair. To which I said that the child can sit if she is held in a chair. However, when she refused me, she was editing a photo of a small child on her computer. As an option, she suggested that they send a photo and they will make it for the passport, but without saying anything elementary about the requirements for the photo if I send it myself. And I know perfectly well that such children are photographed. And Eva, the employee, was also rude. The impression is ruined, the photo is not taken

An unpleasant situation has arisen during the maintenance at the printing center. During our order, the employee was simultaneously serving another woman, as a result of which our question was left without due attention. Unfortunately, the print quality turned out to be unsatisfactory, and the problem could not be solved: the blame for the quality was immediately shifted to the original quality of the source materials, although they were made in a professional program and corresponded to the quality and format of the print, and refused to help or offer an alternative solution. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which created discomfort. This approach and the quality of service have left me disappointed, and I hope the situation will improve in the future.

I type here regularly and everything was just super great until a new operator appeared. I have no idea what her name is, blonde, she was wearing glasses, and now she's not. Every time I go there, I get some kind of passive aggression in my direction and pay attention to how she communicates with other clients in the same "polite and optimistic" way. At some points, she communicates politely, but you can feel how she does it all with gritted teeth. It's just a nightmare, according to what super professional criteria you selected her. Every time I want to print something, I don't want to go there as much as possible, because it's there. I don't even want to have a couple of minutes of contact. But I have to, because it's the closest thing to home, but if possible, I'll already be typing somewhere else.

The worst part is that in the end, after she printed everything out, the employee simply refused to stitch the diploma because of her mistake with the scanner. Don't be fooled by 5-star reviews, they give you free mugs for them, which is why the rating is like this. On the price list website, it states that the price changes downwards if you print from a certain number of photos / sheets, but employees do not take this into account when paying.
