A great place to train. The gym is spacious and always clean, bright due to the large number of windows, you can open it during training and let in fresh air. There is always some water near the locker room on the 2nd floor. The locker room is cramped, there are few benches, but the spacious hall makes up for this small inconvenience. There is no queue for the shower. Of the disadvantages, there is also a bathroom - the only one that does not close, which can have a big queue. There are always enough parking spaces.

As a sauna, it is terrible. Icy water , which is impossible to enter. So also the water is muddy and dirty. The TV is not working. Billiards without any special coating at all!!! And the fact that it was made looks like a used sawn-off for children.

On the plus side, I'm close to home, cheap. Of the cons: old equipment, cold in winter, hot in summer, no air conditioning. If anyone is interested, then there is a gym for rent to play football, volleyball, basketball. There are two saunas . There are classes in yoga, Pilates and some other areas, there are a lot of options, but, let's say, by level, there is something to strive for)))

Absolutely NOT!!! Very cold water in the pool!!! My legs are cramping! There are 6-8 people on the tracks. Swimming is extremely uncomfortable. You need to stand in the shower and wait until the first batch is washed. If you are not completely frozen by this point, you are lucky. I definitely do not recommend it!!!
