I want to leave my feedback about this store. We go there about once a month to get cat litter. The queues are constantly long, and most often there is only one ticket office. I am no longer surprised that sometimes the terminal does not work, it happens that there is no change and we are waiting for them to change, although the bill is not large. But I've been in shock since today's incident at the store. We took the filler and went to the cash register, 1 cash register out of 4 is working, there is a queue of 15 people, if not more. I went up to the cashier and asked to call another cashier, he said, "the cashier at the 1st cash register is coming now." And I went to the 1st cash register to wait for the cashier. After 3-4 minutes, the cashier walks slowly (it's clear that she has nowhere to hurry, they pay by the hour). When people see that the cashier has arrived at the 1st cash register, they start queuing up behind me. I put my purchases on the tape, to which he rudely responds: "I serve in the queue, you got in out of line, go to the end and stand." I told her that I was the first to stand here, and the customer said to her from behind, "She was the only one standing here, we came when we saw you coming, she's the first in line, so and so." But she still wouldn't serve. Disgusting attitude towards customers. When I wanted to see her last name to talk to the management, she covered the badge with her hand. I only managed to see the first name and patronymic.
Cashier Natalia Leonidovna! It's a shame! Terrible attitude!

A good low-price store. Goods produced in Belarus, as well as in Russia and China... Products for every taste and for cottages, and for home, and for personal hygiene, and food, and for children, and for cars... In general, a large assortment! I like the store!

There are no complaints about the store itself yet, there is one big one to the security officer, there was a conflict with the guard, since at the entrance to the room itself I did not find a single cart and had to look in the middle of the hall and rake empty cardboard from it, I turned to the guard who stood and barked with the saleswoman at the cash register, roll the carts with streets because customers have nothing with which to walk around the trading floor, the answer in a rough form struck me: YOU NEED TO, YOU GO AND PULL YOURSELF A CART! Forgive me, or I'm behind the times and now it's customary to meet customers!?))
