And since when do stores determine who can take a cart with heavy goods to the parking lot and who can't? I took 15 kg of wood filler, a huge package of paper and a whole package of products. With two small children and two adult children. At the exit, the guard said that carts should not be taken outside the store. Out, the tough guys will inform. There were also our things in the storage room. I had to take everything in all my hands and teeth and drag them into a car with a bunch of kids. Terrible staff approach.
