I give 5 stars, but there is a nuance. Our four-legged friend underwent surgery. The prices actually differ from those that were announced. Diapers, gloves, etc.… Coming out of anesthesia was also not quite the same as they said, the dog only left in the morning. But come on, the main thing is that everything is fine. Well, in general, the attitude is good, and so are the doctors. Everything was done properly. If necessary, we will boldly come for help. Thanks for the work.

Фото прикладываю,что бы потом не сказали,что не нашли информацию. Обратились 17.05, позвонили сказали что у кошки вся попа в крови и мы не понимаем,что там. Приехали нас зарегистрировали , но никто не соизволил выйти и оценить состояние кошки, для того,что бы понимать на сколько срочно нужна помощь.просидели в очереди 2 часа , ходили спрашивали долго не долго,сказали ещё 1,5 часа.... Написали жалобу в книгу, позвонили в колл центр , никто не соизволил связаться.... В итоге поехали в альфа вет,там тоже был один только врач, но фельдшер сразу оценил срочность, сделал укол обезболивающего и мы попали к врачу быстро. Напомню,что на Филимонова состояние кошки даже не оценили, кошка мучалась от боли, на просьбу администратора узнать сколько нам ещё ждать,было сказано,что есть питомцы на процедуры по записи, я объясняю,что как мы могли записаться заранее, если утром крови не было ,а ближе к 12 мы увидели. Поэтому,что они пишут ,что с кровотечением они принимают по скорой, это не так!!!! Если у вас что то очень срочное, и критически важно, то в этой клинике вам не помогут и будут держать в очереди до последнего.
